They're in the process of renovating rooms, so the floors look nice. Unfortunately, a lamp in the rooms was broken, the furniture was broken previously and shoddily repaired, the beds and bathroom was gross as well. To top it off, they removed the breakfast that used to be served when it was formally an Econo Lodge. Worst of all, the amount they charged was way overpriced for what it was. Disappointing overall - I will not be staying there again

The only thing good that I can say about this property was the bed was semi-comfortable and the shower was ok. Everything else was a hot mess. The staff was unorganized, the had a lamp in the bathroom because the overhead light switch didn't work. No tissue in the tissue holder. The upkeep inside the room was terrible. There was a smell in the room.

BEDBUGS AND SPIDERS!!!! Was bitten several times overnight by bedbugs. Saw various sized spiders throughout the room.

Walls had mold on them and it smelled awful. The staff was very friendly. I didn’t take my shoes off the whole time. It was so nasty.

Could be worse motel I have ever stayed in, from the craters in the parking lot to the stench odor in the room. Only two electrical outlets available. Three lights had no lightbulbs. TV was not cable and reception was horrible. No Motel 6 sign on building. Had WV Inn sign.

Awesome staff, great place , will be staying again

-Friendly desk staff. -Comfortable bed. -Heating unit leaked all over carpet on one side of room. Soaked in some areas, damp everywhere else. -Room reeked of smoke and staleness - it was a non-smoking room -Stained, old furniture -Musty bathroom smell -Beds not made for winter - sheet and very thin duvet, no blankets on bed or in room. -Breakfast was bare bones with no where to sit to eat except a couch.

The room itself was large and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was adequate but there was some loos plaster in the ceiling. For what we wanted -- a one night stay, coming i late and leaving early, just needing a place to sleep --it was quite satisfactory and cheaper than most other options. The site was just off the route 19 entrance to Morgantown, less than 10 minutes' drive from the hospital where we were going in the morning (Ruby Memorial).

Very friendly and helpul front desk staff. Room cleaner extremely pleasant. Outside of hotel in bas condition. It looks terrible from the road, but the rooms are nice ans kept well. Would stay again as the price was reasonable. After all we spent only one night.

For price hotel was not bad. Parking was limited and i couldnt get an extended stay but over all it wasnt bad. Clean and friendly staff

Much better than expected given the rate and location

Almost impossible to find entrance to motel from Mononghia Blvd Faculty is very old Room smelled moldy Bath tub water backed up while taking a shower Place just felt dirty

location, location, location. breakfast on site? Couldn't even find the restaurant. Rooms were clean.

Old hotel, bed was very uncomfortable, lots of what appeared to be undesireables staying htere.

We arrived on the eve of a basketball game at the university expecting 13,000. Cars were parked everywhere!! The hotel staff was friendly and cheerful and gave is good advice on places to eat and what time might be feasible. The room was spotless. Breakfast was adequate and had to be taken back to the room as the space in the office was limited.

Room was clean; bed was comfortable, pillows were great. Great stay at a great price. Will stay here again.

The room smelled horrible. Even though the hotel has converted to all non-smoking rooms, the smell of cigarrettes is terrible. We left our door open despite 40 degree tempts trying to air it out. There was even color variation on the walls where pictures previously hung. The wallpaper is discolored. The pillows, TV, shower, etc. were subpar. Positives - microwave, fridge and location.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was large and comfortable. Although it was a non smoking room there was the smell of smoke in the room. Location was close to where we need to be. The cost seemed high but it was a home football weekend.

Wrong Dates, Wrong room type, no maid service no clean towels. Noisy terible pillows.

The hotel was clean, help friendly and prices reasonable. The location was very convenient, close to the University and shopping and eating.
