"The staff was exemplary, and the room was exceptionally clean and well-organized. Regarding Room #322, the bathroom requires attention due to a leak in the toilet when flushed. The primary dissatisfaction for my wife and me was the loud noise late at night. It appears that a bar is located nearby, with music emanating from its outdoor patio, which was highly disruptive. We were unable to sleep because of the loud music. On the first night of our stay, I informed the receptionist about the noise, and she indicated that this was the room I had booked. No alternative options were offered, despite the likelihood that other rooms were available. On the second night, the noise was even more intrusive. Although I wished to extend my stay, the disturbance compelled me to seek accommodation at a different hotel. The hotel can resolve this issue effectively by addressing soundproofing, such as improving the windows to reduce noise transmission."

"An excellent place, and the staff is very attentive. The young lady who cleans the second floor, named Azucena, did an impressive job while cleaning the rooms. Because of her and the great service, I will definitely return to this hotel next time"
