Never again

Never received the check in details 24 hours before so couldn’t risk taking the family and I had to do a 5 hour round trip to go get them, we didn’t have any hot water for the first 24 hours. The mattress in the main bedroom was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept on and after the first night slept in the lounge, also there isn’t a table so they provide 4/5 small tables to eat off but 1 of these had 2 missing legs and another’s legs were about to fall off. This might be ok for a couple of people to share but definitely not a family caravan. It’s really small with no storage for your clothes and no outside space, The advert says garden but that’s where you have to park your car. This is the 7th time we have stayed at ocean edge and it’s the worst experience , we had another week booked but cancelled it
