Carpet in room was wet and sticky. Table lamp had nowhere to plug in. Bed lamps didn’t work. But, sheets were clean and beds were adequate.

The chairs were unique. The bed had many layers of blankets that were soft instead of scratchy. There were all good things. The only negative was the lack of a wifi password that was easily accessible. With social anxiety, its really hard for me to ask the front desk for the password and I couldn't find it written any where near the front desk area or in the room.

felt like a ghetto motel- outside front door-car with 4 flat tires- room had crumbs on the spread

i did not stay at this motel, we went to another one, I called the reservation people and told them I was not staying there due to the unsafe feeling. the rooms did not smell clean and the front desk person acted as if he was not sure what to do. I requested a smoking room and he gave us a non smoking room, they said a non smoking was not ready that I had to wait for at least 30 min, ck in was at 2pm, this was at 2:15pm or after. so I requested a refund from the reservation people and have yet to get it. so no I am not happy about this day. 5-4-14, my experience was awful.

If you're a non smoker and you cant handle the smell of smoke everywhere, don't stay here. The cigarette smoke odor is very very strong-everywhere! The non-smoking room was much better, but it is so strong in the halls that it seeps into the non smoking rooms. The area, atmosphere was a little scary too.

Entry drafty and dirty, handrail loose, table in 257the wobbles ,some remote buttons did not work , continental breakfast minimal and unorganized.

the room is dirty and smell very bad. the worst two star hotel i ever had. never back again. i should be 1 stat hotel.

first time we stayed in october '13, for a quick one-night stop while traveling. Nothing to complain about, so we came back for several nights one month after--also because we needed a place to stay in the area. This hotel is not super fancy, and if you look for some high-end accommodation this is not for you. But if you are looking for a place where to stay without paying too much, this is for you. The room was clean and the service decent so for the price it was a good deal. The breakfast is minimal, but free nonetheless. The inn location is very convenient (near major freeways, a few stores, etc. but without noise or traffic). Wi-fi internet worked fine. The room was spacious enough for the price and it also included a small fridge. The microwave is in the main lobby, where you can also engage in people-watching (if you inclined to do so). I understand some reviewers might find this place a little too basic; others might prefer a hotel without a clientele mainly made of construction/seasonal workers, or similar, but if you are looking at dollars and cents and if you want just a place to sleep without annoyances this place is all right

I stayed at this hotel during a road trip with my family. I was satisfied - the room was quite basic, and not very silent (thin walls, people chatting under the windows at 5 am), but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just bread and butter and drinks, but I'm happy with that. Overall, a good value if you're just looking for somewhere to sleep while you're on the road.

This hotel was extremely basic and looked to be used mostly as an extended stay hotel for truckers and constructioon workers. The room was clean and had a nice HDTV. The bed was older and not real comfy. We had a non-smoking room , but it still smelled of smoke. If you are looking for a place to sleep for a low cost, then this fits the bill. I probably would not book there again, but we were forced by the lack of space in Fargo/Moorhead that weekend.

Pros: Clean, good size, desk/work-area, Price (relative to area) Cons: Low water pressure for shower, poor breakfast (toast and cheap bagels), and an offputting aroma

If you're looking for a cheap bed and shower.. This will do. Definitely not the classiest place and if you're looking for good service or a nice room you picked the wrong place. Internet lasted 10 minutes at a time and would disappear for long periods at a time. Tv had fuzzy reception.

I make an annual trip to Moorhead at the end of April to watch my grand nephew play his piano recital at Concordia. And it fits my needs to a "T", yes that is a capital T. First it's a great location just down the road from Concordia and Moorhead State. Right by I94 so a quick trip over to Fargo and viola you are easily being entertain at may of the bars and eateries in the area. Now how does it stack up to say the other motels just down the road, saving $25 a night worth of stacking up. So you get the minimum, ordinary motel arrangement, but an excellent price. I will be staying this time next year...you can bet on that.

You get what you pay for, actually we feel we paid too much for this hotel. Our key did not work, you had to pull it out and up and it took 3-4 times to unlock the door. The bathroom and towels were dingy, the toilet was dirty. We had a smoking room but still, c'mon people use air freshener. I am glad I brought Clorax wipes and Lysol spray to clean. We only stayed at this hotel because everything else in the area was book, but never again. I cannot believe this place is still in business. It was not even resonably priced. Very unsatisfied

This was a horrible hotel. The room was dirty, it smelled awful, the sheets had cigarette holes in them even though it was a non smoking room. The beds were VERY uncomfortable and didn't even have fitted sheets. There were moths all over the room and some gross black sticky stuff on the floor...eww. Overall just a really bad experience.

We were and are satisfied with our stay. It was what we expected.

Courteous service and a clean room, very inexpensive. I was quite happy.
