Everything was great better than expected. The breakfast your normal basic items but seemed to be better quality and better prepared than most places. Only complaint was I travelled with a person celiac and while there seemed to be gluten free options, there was no care taken for cross contamination nor was there any sort of markings, or knowledge of gluten safety.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms lovely and comfortable. Clean and quiet. You wouldn’t know others were staying in rooms nearby. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. We were extremely happy with the stay and the price was great as well. We definitely would stay here again. Lori and Andy were lovely and extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel should be proud to have them represent them. Hotel staff did a wonderful job keeping us supplied and everything tidy. It was nice to have the daily breakfast. Overall my husband and I were were very pleased with our stay.

Free Breakfast was delicious, the rooms were very clean and the staff at the front desk were friendly. Only complaint I have was with my room key. After parking my car in the underground garage, I couldnt back into the building wirh my room key for some reason, it was not working. I had to go all the way down the stairs and exit out the side of the hotel and walk in through the front again

Our accommodation downtown Montreal was terrible, not what we had planned for five months ago. Staybridge ‘saved our holiday’. The front desk staff was fabulous, helped us find the right room (fitting for my sister who has a slight physical disability). We loved the extra large room space, cleanliness and newness of the hotel and rooms. The free breakfast was fabulous and the eating area was lovely and big.

Very limited breakfast. Staff does not respond timely to phone calls, and therefore could not get the shuttle from the airport. Even though the hotel was empty, staff asked for exorbitant early check in fees.

The hotel itself was very new and modern. The rooms were nice with the added kitchen and were clean. The hotel is situated in a very noisy area that is not very walkable. Some rooms have the highway noise, but the staff was accommodating to change our room even though we had requested a quiet one initially. Parking is available underground too for a fee. Breakfast had the basics.
