Malgré la propreté de l’hôtel Marriott, j'ai remarqué que les personnes ne semblaient pas connaître l'immeuble ou n'était tout simplement pas intéressé par les questions. Par exemple, après mon inscription pour la chambre, je voulais savoir de quelle façon je pouvais me rendre au terminal. Un jeune homme a répondu d'aller à la réception pour avoir l’info. À la suite lorsque j'ai eu quelqu'un qui m'a montré l'escalier roulante et l'ascenseur, j'ai constaté que le jeune homme en question se trouvait juste à côté de l'escalier. Je me suis dit qu'il était tout simplement pas intéressé. Pour un hôtel de cette qualité et le prix des chambres, je m'attendais à un meilleur service. Cette expérience pour ma première fois, j'ai été désappointé.

We booked the hotel because we had an early flight. We got in at eight and had a great sandwich at the bar. We went to our room and found it hot. We couldn’t get the fan to stay on at night and even though it’s freezing outside, it was warm in the room.
