Really comfortable efficiency apartment in a fantastic neighborhood. We were really happy with our stay. Tiny bathroom, but it got the job done! Apartment was great but was third floor walk up, so be aware if you struggle with stairs. On a really fun street in a fantastic neighborhood— very close to a metro station. Would definitely stay here again!

Getaway for a gal friend and i. Knew the neighborhood but had never stayed there. This place was a great find! Easy check in and the hosts are very reachable if there are any issues... like forgetting your door code! The apartment is clean, well equipped and the beds are nice and comfortable. Mornings and evenings on our balcony were especially nice watching the streetview. The neighborhood is vibrant, safe, and walkable with lots of restos and shopping. Definitely recommend

Terrific apartment hotel smack dab in the middle of the Plateau. Many wonderful nearby pedestrian only streets. So many excellent dining options including nice bistros like Boisson Albert and Pied du Cochin, and essential bakeries like St Viateur bagels and Au Kouign Amann. The apartment was well furnished including a full kitchen and was exceptionally clean. Everything worked and there was a balcony facing Saint Denis as well. The management was communicative and friendly. Access was made simple but secure. We will definitely stay here again!

It felt cozy staying in lodgings that were more like an apartment than a hotel. We were a six minute walk from the metro, as well as being near at least two grocery stores, and lots of restaurants and shops. The room we stayed in had rwo separate bedrooms, a kitchenette area, a dining/living room and a bathroom.

Our stay was perfect! Couldn’t possibly be in a better location. Shopping, restaurants in the area were amazing, no need for a car. The accommodation was comfortable and really beautiful. Best shower I have had maybe ever had! Comfortable bed, great little kitchen.

Fantastic property!

My husband and I enjoyed a recent three night stay and would return again anytime! Lovely accommodation, perfectly located for walking everywhere. We parked our car out back and left it for the duration. The hotel apartment was comfortable and stylish, and had everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend to all. Pros: unbeatable location, newly renovated, very well stocked kitchen, bed was comfortable, lots of hangers, AC and Internet worked well. Cons: my unit was not very private and needed curtains closed all the time (windows overlooked a shared terrace), the kitchen cabinets are very high and hard to reach, the unit door is not very soundproof, the communication is a bit odd (for ex: the host asks if you leave a tip for the cleaning staff, please let them know so they can match it, or they ask for a high rating, and finally the messages are from a third party software system that is very hard to read), and under the bed wasn’t cleaned (it had crumbled brochures from a previous guest).

I loved my stay with François-Denis Apartments. This location was perfect. Taking public transportation from airport was a breeze. This area is incredibly walkable. The room was clean and comfortable. I fumbled on opening the main door but the contact on the reservation was immediately available to assist. I will be back!!

Very comfortable. Easy check in with clear explanations of necessary codes, that actually work. Lots of amazing restaurants, parks and fun independent shops right outside the building. Exceedingly safe and welcoming building, with metro a block away, groceries, cafes, and a lovely park a few blocks walking distance for a morning stretch. I was able to use the Metro to visit all the parts of the city I wanted to explore, but, honestly, the neighborhood around this property was hands down my favorite part of the city.

Our accommodations at Maison Françoise Denis were comfortable, clean and stylish! The location was prime Le Plateau - our favorite neighborhood in Montreal. Bed and bedding were comfy, the kitchen and bath were well appointed with all necessary toiletries, staples, utensils and appliances. We would definitely stay again in the future. And we highly recommend.
