Overall, I had a nice stay at this place, however there were some shortcomings.good:- location is great, on the plateau between St. Laurent and St. Denis. - metro and busses nearby- shops and restaurants also really close- spacious room and kitchen- it looks as in the pictures- bed also really comfy (I'm quite sensitive, so this is good)not so good:- cleanliness (coffee maker wasn't cleaned, hairs in the bathroom)- all pots and pans had scratched non-stick coating -- health issue- window blinds don't allow to make rooms (esp. bedroom) dark -- might be a problem if you are sensitive to that- what really needs to be improved: communication with host. I stayed a longer period and had a few enquiries (e.g. there was no dishcloth and the lock's battery was running low) -- these enquiries were downright ignored. I can do without a dishcloth but having to worry about a lock that might not be working due to an empty battery is not cool

Convenient location on the Plateau

The property was exactly as shown in images on the VRBO site. The apartment was quiet and clean. Windows on two sides allow abundant sun to shine in. Appliances are contemporary. The only improvement I'd request regards communicating with the host/property manager. They seem to use a number of email addresses and platforms. It took a while for someone to reply to my reservation and payment. That seemed to be because of crossed wires internally. There were 4 different names with varying email addresses affiliated with this property, including one that was automated. Not knowing which name was the one responsible for the property and if it were a real person introduced anxiety about the trip. But, I corresponded most with Aba, who was hospitable and attentive. In the end, I recommend this apartment and these hosts. It all worked out well.
