** This building is overlooking Saint-Denis street, home to superb cafés, restaurants, boutiques and much more! It's a busy street with wonderful activities, but it can also come with some noise from the local businesses. **

Located in the heart of downtown, it is very easy to get around in our neighbourhood! Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

Saint-Denis is home to a great street festival named 'Montreal Comic Arts Festival' (May 15-17, dates vary). During that week, Saint Denis (between Gilford and Roy) will be pedestrian only. Please note that parking and circulation by vehicle will not be possible at that time.

The closest metro station to our building is Mont-Royal station - orange line (10 mins walk). In addition, there are many bus lines that pass through the neighborhood (30, 11, etc.). There is also a bike path on a good part of Saint-Denis street, which makes biking very pleasant. Not to mention that there is many BIXI station (bike rental) located around our building.

Additional Information:

- A hold of $200 will be placed on the credit card used to book your reservation up to 7 days before your reservation. This amount will be fully released after inspection at the end of your stay.

- Late check-out: Check-out time is 11:00 AM to allow us to prepare the space for our next guests. Any departure after 11:00 AM will incur a $50 fee. If the unit has not been vacated within 30 minutes, a full additional night may be charged.

- Please note that Unique Stays uses a 3rd party (STRIPE) to process all online payments. The Stripe processing fee is 2.9% of the total amount paid + C$0.30 . When a reservation is eligible for a full refund, Unique Stays will reimburse the total amount MINUS the STRIPE processing fee (2.9% of the total amount paid + C$0.30) as these processing fees are not reimbursed to us.
