Room was nice and clean, everything works as it should other than the heating system, it was very slow even at high thermostat setting. But the staff was very friendly and helping, they gave us another room on our request. Thank you for their cooperation and service, deserved 5 star rating.

The facility is tremendously run down...I'm not even sure it could be remodeled as opposed to tearing it down and starting over. Should NOT be branded as a Wyndham property as it does not even come close to meeting the standard.

Checked in Friday evening, older lady maybe mid 40s. No greetings no eye contact. As I approach, I stated that I was picking up my keys for my rooms. I did an early check in electronically. Receptionist lady looked at me and looked away to computer and looked at me and ask “who”? I was confused and said excuse me? She then said “for who”? Gave her my name. She ask me to fill out a form to register. I told her I already registered online. She looked at me annoyed and with her hand gestures movement as to sign the form and said “well you need to sign”. Really poor customer services. I stayed there for 3 days and 2 night, no daily house keeping as advertised. Will never stayed at this location again. I picked this location because it was by Wyndham. I have stayed with hotel that’s by Wyndham and had never experienced anything like this before.

The rooms didn’t have bedbugs, were decently clean, and the staff was friendly, but man, this place was rough. The Air conditioner sounded like a coffee can full of rocks whenever it ran, the mini fridge was from the 1980’s, and squeezed loudly, waking us up any time the compressor went on. The flooring in the lobby was held down by tape, and I think a Honduran prostitution ring was being ran out of the parking lot. Next time, I’ll spend the extra money to stay at the Best Western across the street.

Location is nice, there are some dining options nearby. Room is dated but was clean. AC is a window type that is loud and woke us turning off and on. Pillows are awful. TV for room is small. Breakfast was bad: cruddy coffee with powdered creamer, muffins, bread for toast, Cerritos or Raisin Bran. OJ tasted rotten. No fruit or yogurt options. Only two tables for seating at breakfast. Suspect that is because no one eats the stuff offered.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Days Inn in Monticello, MN. The room was clean and quiet—perfect for getting a good night's rest. Second thoughts on stay

Overall my stay was good. The room was humid even with the ac running. AC was very loud, even on low speed. TV volume wasn't very loud even at max volume to hear it over the AC unit. Woke up twice hearing the neighboring customers fornicating. I would suggest having customers spaced apart when the hotel was clearly not busy, to avoid any sleep disturbance. Continental breakfast had no hot food options nor any drinks other than coffee and the gallon of milk for the cereals. Lawn was very high as well, made me question my safety parking there without visibility to my vehicle.
Bathroom was presentable. Had 2 shampoos no conditioner
I was to be in a king bed. This bed was a queen

Everything in the room felt kind of dirty. Site said there was a continental breakfast, but there was really nothing out there. There was some cereal, but no milk. There were little apples that were bruised and not very good. That's it. My husband went out there earliest so it's not that everything was gone. It was one of those places that we needed somewhere to stay quickly, so we just slept there and that was it. We found somewhere else to stay the other nights. I don't think I would go back unless they did some remodeling and some serious cleaning.
