They put a hold on my card despite the fact that this practice wasn’t listed during booking. Then they tell me that I "smoked in the room" but I have an eye witness who can prove I didn’t. That and the fact that I booked the room around 9 or so and didn’t even get back to the room until around 3:30 that morning. I literally only showered and slept in the room. If I could get a refund for the room as well as my $100 back that would be great but I unfortunately know it's highly unlikely.

The bed was comfortable and while the paint and carpet were fairly fresh, the furniture and fixtures were in generally poor condition. The weirdest thing was that the shower head was chest level for me, no exaggerating, and I'm only 5 feet 10 inches. I nearly had to kneel to get my head under the showerhead. When I showered the pipe coming out of the wall was spraying water everywhere and I had to tie a washcloth around it to contain the spraying. The "breakfast" was laughable. A small breakfast bar, an apple, a juice box, and a small bottle of water.

Staff was very friendly. Check in was easy. The room was clean but it was really in need of some repairs (furniture trim hanging off, rust in the bathroom along with grout that needed to be redone, paint around the mirror seriously needed repainting). My main complain is on Sunday morning at 5:30am the room next door was being cleaned and I believe the one next door. I called the front to ask if there was maintenance and they said it was house keeping cleaning rooms and h would ask them to be quieter….they were not. I ended up just getting up at 6am and getting in the road (which was over 3 hours early). Upon walking out they were still at it three rooms down. I don’t think I would stay here again.

Staff was nice, lobby was nice, room was clean-ish, a little run down. The shower curtain was not on the rod, the rod was about to fall (not connected in any way), nothing was plugged in the room (TV, lamps, clock), grab and go breakfast was something I’d pack for a toddler, Felt like this room was not ready to rent out. Cost for overall stay was decent, sheets were clean and room did not smell bad.

The room was clean. The hotel was nice. Great location. Check-in was easy. I was charged a refundable deposit of $100. I received it back about 8 hours after checkout. I absolutely hate not knowing about the deposits in advance. It should be in the description. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. The staff was a little off-putting. Very professional, just not personable.
