El huevo sabía a quemado. Me recogieron 45 minutos tarde y la señorita no me informó cómo iba la unidad, diciendo que no tenía manera de comunicarse con el chofer. La cama estaba demasiado dura y no pude dormir. Me cobraron antes debido a que tenía demanda, y tuvieron que hacerme el reembolso a mi tarjeta. Durante la madrugada marqué dos veces y me dijeron que no podían indicarme cómo era la camioneta que me recogería, ni darme información de llegada; supuestamente faltaban 10 minutos para que llegara. La verdad es que sí tenían el WhatsApp del chofer, y la persona que se subió adelante también dijo que había estado esperando bastante tiempo y que la unidad estaba muy cerca. Según el chofer, le informó a la señorita, pero ella no indicó bien la terminal.

There wasn’t a number to call for the shuttle service. I called the hotel directly, the lady said it would be there in 5 minutes. I waited for 25 minutes, but the shuttle never came. I had to pay for a cab from the airport to the hotel. The hotel was very clean and breakfast was good. There is a sports bar restaurant connected to the property which was ok. The staff were very friendly.
