We had an excellent stay. The service and facilities were terrific. We found the front desk staff to be invaluable and efficient. Our son left an electronic device in the room after we checked out, and the hotel staff were prompt in locating the device and ensuring that a family member of ours was able to pick it up and return it to us. When we arrived booked our transfer for 1 pm we were there 1 .5 hours before waited for our transfer and informed that it was booked for 1am but they didn’t call for 1am there we would had corrected them finally transfer arrived at 1:20 pm and was asked for us to wait until after 1:30pm when we should had been taken to airport at 1 pm which I refused to wait they had no choice but to take us now Not even an apology for the mistake
