Floor was dirty-the rug and bathroom. Large handle on shower door broken and dangling. 2 or us Stayed 3 days and never offered clean towels. Mattress old with large sink holes. Sheets could not be trusted so we went and purchased new king size sheets and made the bed with new sheets over white motel sheets.

Room was dirty. Toilet paper on floor in bathroom as well as female hair. Wifi didnt work nor did the tv. When made aware to front person, they said rhey would send maintenance and they never showed up. Asked for a towel as well. Never received it. Worst hotel and service by far.

The room had cob webs, the TV didn’t work, you had to unplug the microwave in order to use the coffee maker, no hooks anywhere to hang things on, asked twice for extra hand towels, and got wash cloths instead. No Kleenex and nowhere in the bathroom to set things down on. The bed was comfortable The staff was excellent!

The room's lock was not working. Every time we had to call maintenance staff to get inside, once we go out for breakfast or dinner. We had to walk three or four times up and down to get the keys sorted. We were in second floor, hence that was not preferred after a long day of travel.
