It was close to freeway and food areas. It was quiet as well.

We arrived at a late hour - at which point the hotel staff that was present was unfriendly. During our stay I went to visit the front desk twice - the second time the man working seemed annoyed because I had rung the bell multiple times (over about a 10 minute period) in order to grab his attention because he was hanging out in the back. When that man finally appeared, I asked to purchase some water. The facility had no vending machines, but they had a mini fridge behind the front desk with items for purchase. One of the two bottled waters I was handed actually looked more full than the other! And when looked at closer, you could tell that the one water bottle had actually been opened, sipped out of, and then put back for purchase!! If that wasn’t bad enough, the hotel room carpet was old and dirty. It honestly seemed moldy and like it had not been replaced since the hotel was built. When we got into the bed, we noticed that the sheets had crumbs or sand of some sort in them, and honestly it made me afraid to lay down. Luckily, we were only staying for a few hours while we waited for our car to be fixed, because if our visit was any longer than that, I would have definitely canceled. Lastly, the room they provided was in a weird location on the corner of the 2nd door. It was located right in front of the elevator and it was loud. The upstairs guests were also noisy when walking and it was easy to hear them through the walls.

The breakfast was acceptable if you enjoy waffles, hard boiled eggs, or cold cereal. I myself am diabetic and there wasn’t anything there for me. No clean towels the second day. The bed was to springy and for an ADA room the room was hard to get around. For the price I find this room was unacceptable. In a spot needing a room to be there for services this worked. I would not of accepted a room like this under normal circumstances.

We liked that there was a refrigerator and microwave. Those were nice to have. But one of the beds had hairs on the sheets and an eyelash on the pillow, which we hear is a telltale sign that that sheets were not changed. The other bed was fine. The free breakfast was continental, not really a breakfast and the coffee machine was instant powder and not brewed. Since this hotel was on the outskirts of the town, near the older part, we could have thought the price would have been less considering it is a motel.

Friendly staff and good accommodations. Unfortunately noisy street neighbors at night with loud music, cars, trucks.

The bed in our room was very comfortable and the hotel was very quiet.

Was nice and clean, staff very friendly, although the continental breakfast is not that good but ok for continental

Most hotels have you run a card for incidentals but theris ran through a card reader like it was charging the $50...Most times it's $50 hold which isnt really a transaction. I had to call my credit card company to verify they would not except a charge. Also, I turned on my room heater to low in morning as I got ready and it turned off short time later and the fire alarm went off. I unplugged it and opened the door, but when I mentioned it to the staff upon my departure, it wasn't met with the type of concern I though something like that would receive. I mean the whole hotel should have been a concern and they should have had someone run to check on it, but the two continued to talk to each other while I grabbed a coffee and headed on my way...no harm no foul I guess... seems scary nobody seemed worried. BUt hotel stay was ok and I slept fine....Coffee was deplorable FYI

Room is very old and small. Also the heater was out of order.

Very basic, comfortable mattress, too much light came in through the curtains, a lot of street noise (close to road). The management gives out a gift bag with bottled water and a few snacks, which is a very nice touch.

Nice staff, big and clean room. They put us in the same floor as our relatives which was nice

We wanted to stay the night in that general area on our way to our Hearst Castle tour day- essentially arrive late leave early the next day situation . So we were not too particular about the type of place we picked and price was more an issue. We were all very positively surprised. Room was very clean, very well layed out and suitable for even longer stays.

We arrived and found out room only had one bed... they were full so no options. Asked about cancelling so we could book elsewhere and they said it was up to orbit. With approval from orbitz, the clerk changed his tune and said he would not refund my fees.

Fit my needs for a 4-day business stay. Small hotel with convenient parking. Elevator a big plus. Clean room with the exception of grime around light switch and door frame. AC has Continuous Fan setting - vital for "white noise" and a restful night. I didn't take advantage of the continental breakfast but it looked OK/standard (toast, pastries, cereal, coffee). Owner/manager was courteous and efficient. Had the impression he wasn't thrilled about my booking through a 3rd party -- said he would not be able to enter my Wyndham Rewards member number because of booking through Orbitz.

Overall, this property is not pretty but I felt safe and welcomed by the owners/managers. It is in need of a renovation. If you need a safe place to sleep comfortably - this is a good choice.

Paper thin walls you can hear everything going on outside Toilet ran all night long would not stay here again

Staff very helpful. Room clean, modern. Duvet cover was two white sanitize sheets. No hand towels.

Thank you for your feedback. The $50 is not a charge it is only a hold unless there are incidentals such as smoking in the room. I do apologize you felt the staff did not have a concern for you. When the fire alarm ring it ring in the entire property, and when it is only the smoke detector it will only beep in the room affected. The our engineer did go inspect the room and everything was normal. My sincerest apologies for having the smoke detector in your room go off. We have added multiple options for the morning beverages, I'm sorry you did not like the coffee. Maybe next time you can try our Mocha or espresso. We hope you're next stay with us is more relaxing.
