Very quiet if all you want to do is decompress. Centrally located--close to airport and Hip Strip. Fastest room service we have ever experienced. Not much in the way of entertainment, bars, or restaurant options if you plan to stay only on the resort. Room was comfortable, clean, and nicely appointed. Room service and spa appointments can be made using the tablet/iPad in your room. The location of our room was terrible--overlooking the parking lot and highway. Don't stay in room 101. Some food was divine, but other food was ordinary. Jerky Jo's served up great jerk pork snd chicken for lunch. Not much of a beach, but it was very private and quiet.

It was very quaint and calming. The staff were all very kind and helpful. It was a wonderful experience.

was able to upgrade room at reduced price and enjoyed the staff like Nicholas

The hotel was beautiful, my room was perfect, from the moment I walked in I knew I would return but that suddenly changed. The food is horrible, correct me if I'm wrong but people travel to Jamaica to eat Jamaican food. They served everything but Jamaican food, I was told they only have Jamaican night on Saturdays. I was so upset I stood up to walk out of the restuarant, one of the waitress stopped me and said she would speak with the chef to see if he could make me something to eat. The chef made me curry chicken and rice which was actually very delicious. The second day they made me escovitch fish, I wish i knew the young ladys name that worked at the Polo bar, she was so accommodating, she went above and beyond to make sure I had some authentic Jamaican food. Upon arrival they assured me I would have a personal bulter, I was there for 4 days and never met him.

The staff and the customer service was superb!! The ocean view room was beautiful and clean. The bed and lines were comfortable. However The hotel is small and quiet with a small beach. Not much entertainment. Food was okay.

The hotel was excellent for service, comfort and relaxation. It is a representative slice of what Jamaica is in one spot. Had some issues with food but that’s because they are trying to hard. When they do authentic Jamaican food it is excellent.

It was a dream come true , the resort is beautiful, the staff OMG is outstanding,Your staff service is the best that I have ever experience.

This resort exceeded my expectations. It is like a boutique resort. It's not huge or overcrowded. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. The food was excellent, as was the atmosphere and grounds. The fitness area was small but new and sufficient enough for a vacation workout. Yoga on the dock looked nice, although I never attended one of those sessions. The spa is also top notch. Complementary snorkeling was a treat! The restaurants and pool, newly renovated as well, were beautiful. The sing along at the piano in the Polo lounge was an unexpected highlight. Be sure to check it out. The piano player, Andre, is fantastic. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing, luxurious getaway, I would highly recommend The Zoetry, Montego Bay.
