I didn't like not having a small refrigerator in my room.
Didn't like anything . Staff was rude no shuttle to and from airport. Hotel not clean. Nothing like the pictures
Location of hotel is perfect. Overall the hotel was extremely out dated, from the structure, elevator, television, rooms, and bathroom. Very disappointing.
The staff were very friendly and helpful! The daily breakfast was also good and they were generous with portions. It’s located on the Hip Strip which felt safe to venture out (of course use caution like anywhere else). I didn’t like that the elevator was out of service on our last day and the towels/washcloths were dingy looking. No bueno!

Very hard pillows, so i did not use Very discolored linens abd towels. Water leaks in rooms and bathroom.
The Wexford was a nice hotel, I mean I was barely in it due to all the fun I was having outdoors but I had a major issue with the water pressure when it came time to shower. I would have to pray that I can get water at the exact time I wanted to shower. It was bad. Also the phone in my room didn’t work; I had to continuously go across the hall to use the phone on the wall outside of my room. Yes, I did tell them but the phone issue was not fixed. The breakfast was the same every morning so I stopped having breakfast there which defeats the purpose of making sure i got a hotel with breakfast in my package! Other than those issues, the staff was very friendly and honestly I would go back. I was on the “executive side” of the hotel so idk maybe there was more people on that side which is why the water pressure was so low... idk! But if you are on that side make sure you prepare for a uphill long tiring walk to your room!
When I got there they did not have the ocean front room that I paid for. I was put in a room that I had to walk up a hill with a blue wall infront of the window. The elevator was broken, the WI-FI was not working, other wise everything else was ok.
Bath doesn’t work WiFi doesn’t work Charging high prices for low price product .
Was just ok... had to rent a refrigerator for $20 per night on top of the rate in order to have one... not wowed in any way.
We booked this due to a flight cancellation as we wanted to stay in a nice warm bed instead of sleeping at the airport. Long story short, we should've just slept at the airport. Walked in and the hotel looked halfway decent with a beautiful view of the ocean. The employees were actually very kind so I'm not throwing a knock on them, but I paid for a double queen bed room and they said I had to pay extra since my girlfriend was with me (I only selected 1 adult on Orbitz). Whatever, we just wanted to get in our room. Once we got in the room, it looked like the movie Big where Tom Hanks had to rent a room at the Hotel St James. The elevator was a death trap, creepy flickering flourescent lights, and the lock on our door was an old wobbly door handle that you had to use an actual key to get in. Old creepy floor tiles throughout, plaster walls, years of dirt accumulation, basically a replica of my old fraternity house. The noise was crazy from clubs and traffic. Loud bass and traffic was constant in our room until 3am. If you like sleeping, DO NOT BOOK THIS. The bar area smelled like nasty rotten beer but the bartender (26 year old guy) was awesome. He was friendly, professional, and made us forget how terrible our accommodations were. I can't remember his name (see pic) but he needs to be promoted as he knows exactly what customer service means. Extremely skilled bartender (flipping bottles). Wish I was in the bar business as he would be my 1st choice as bar manager. Kudos!!
Awful nightly night club noise nearby. The noise was inssurably.
had to move rooms 3 times and never got the room i booked. smelled like old oil pain in the rooms. televisions dated back to the stone age.
Low budget to rest your head for a night or two Centrally located on the main tourist corridor with ample locations to eat, safe enough to walk. Hotel amenities is what you pay for. Good breakfast not continental so it's a plus. 10 minutes to International airport and free access to Aquasol theme park with a beach and fun activities
U pay cheap u get cheap service. The rooms need painted hotel just needs updated. The restaurant prices are crazy curry goat 17$ i went to another place lunch speacial curry goat rice and peas with pasta 6$.TV SUCKS WAS FUZZY THE WHOLE TIME LIKE SNOW.
The overall experience was good. This is a low cost hotel and is good for people who are up and about most of the time.
