We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel is very nice, clean, and well maintained. The room was comfortable, and the bed was extremely comfy, we slept great. The location was good. I rated it 4/5 due to a few issues that affected our stay. The TV did not work, the phone in the room was not functioning, and the Wi-Fi had very limited service. Additionally, the restaurant indicated it closed at 9:00 pm, but when we tried to order food at 8:40 pm, we were told it was no longer available. I wish we had been made aware of that ahead of time. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel and we enjoyed our stay, but those details made a difference.

I love this hotel. Im a return guest. Staff is always courteous and professional. The property is clean and quaint. The food is delicious with great menu options and good portions. My room was clean and comfy with a beautiful ocean view.

Due to the Hurricane, it was not open. No power and yet they have taken my money through "Affirm" and not returned it as of yet. However, we got to speak to the manager who happened to be there for security reasons. He gave us some places in Negril to stay, and we had to drive in the middle of the night in complete darkness to have somewhere to stay. A 2-hour max trip took us 4-hours. Although the manager was pleasant the return of my payment needs to be returned immediately.
