Located on a hill 200 meters above sea level, it is a typical Tuscan house immersed in a complete natural context with panoramic views, starry skies and in a silent context with no neighbours.
House consists of living room with fireplace with panoramic view and kitchen, double bedroom, one large bedroom with 4 single beds (2 joinable to double) and bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with bathtub, outdoor shower, and is totally surrounded by more than 1000sqm of private terraced garden - 2 parking spaces.
NB. The last 800 metres are uphill and car is necessary; Being completely immersed in natural context of Mediterranean scrub and without neighbors, this house is ideal for those who love nature, walks, tranquility in a private context. Monte Argentario is an island promontory whose territory is completely different from the rest of the flat Tuscan coast.
The cottage is soundproofed and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a fireplace and a coffee maker.
