Cars are not allowed inside Borgo di Spereto; each guest can enter to unload their luggage with a golf car.

From Montaione it is possible to organize excursions to San Gimignano, Volterra and San Vivaldo (called the Tuscan Jerusalem). You can easily reach the beaches of the Etruscan Coast in 1 hour by car. Also visit the historic village of San Miniato and stop for a truffle dinner. About 3 km away is a riding school where you can arrange a horseback ride. In 10 minutes by car you can reach a well-known golf course. The area lends itself very well to mountain biking.
