Excellent property and Emilie was great with Comms. The property is really well equipped, clean, tidy, and ideal for families. The location is great, secluded and great for star gazing. Close to the D11 and Montady village but no no road noise and walkable into Montady via a path. Overall really impressed and would book again!

Nous avons loué cette belle maison dans un cadre magnifique et verdoyant entre ami.e.s. On a passé une excellente semaine. La maison est bien localisée, commerces pas très loin et non loin de Béziers. L’hôte nous a donnée quelques conseils d’activités, festivités, marchés, c’était appréciable. Si vous voulez passer un séjour tranquille et reposant, c’est l’endroit idéal.

Plusieurs éléments majeurs ne correspondaient pas à ce qui était indiqué dans l’annonce, notamment :- Piscine : verte et inutilisable pendant toute la durée du séjour.- Wifi : Absence totale alors qu’il était mentionné comme disponible.- Linge de lit : partiellement fourni (lits non faits, draps manquants ou à chercher) alors que mentionné sur l'annonce- Bain à remous : mentionné mais inexistant.- Chambres non séparées comme présenté dans l’annonce (rideaux au lieu de portes). Seules 2 chambres vraiment isolées, regardez bien les photos de l'annonce.- Equipement erroné (barbecue annoncé, plancha sur place).- Propriétaire difficilement joignable après le séjour

Un lieu magnifique, au calme et à l’abris de tout bruit ; les propriétaires ont été très accueillants, nous on donner les bonnes adresses profiter au maximum du lieu et de ses environs ! Maison de charme et caractère

Magnifique propriété parfaitement entretenue. Atypique car ancien domaine viticole de ce fait beaucoup de pieces communiquantes donc savoir que 3 chambre restent exposees au bruit de la maison. Pas de sanitaire à l étage donc un peu problématique pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. La maison est proche de tout commerces et à 20 min des plages. La region propose beaucoup d activités et animations La gérante et l hôte ont le soucis de votre confort et votre satisfaction ce qui est appréciable.
