This place is poorly organized. When we arrived the lobby was closed. We arrived about 3:00 pm and had to use the night window, the lady that checked us in was Wispering so she wouldn’t upset her boss. She took my ID and credit card and told us to wait in the car. After about eight minutes she brought the room key and my ID to me. When we got to our room the key wouldn’t work So I went back to the night window and waited for her to notice me. She told me to wait a few minutes and she would let us in with her pass key. It was over 90 degrees, beyond warm. This was the strangest experience I’ve ever had at a motel. Someone did come by and rekey the door. I think wasn’t a pleasant experience.

Bed covers where stained and very nasty. Bathroom sink and shower where full of hair

Staff was nice, electric outlets didnt work phone didnt work didnt have any wash rags not enough towels. No ash tray in smoking room.

The room was nice and clean it was ready when we arrived.the room was very spacious and was well equipped with everything like home.the people at check in/out were very friendly.this hotel is close to all the fast food restruants and Walmart .it was close to the highway and we enjoyed sitting out by the pool in the evening.the only thing I didn't like is that our room door looked liked it had been kicked in or something it had a big gap in it and you could see outside .but at night I put the chair up against the door.besides that it was a great place to stay and I will be back again.

It was ok very quite and the staff was there to help with anything u needed

It's a short distance from where I needed to be (that's a plus). I get to my room late. It was ready and waiting for me. The smoke alarm would beep every 30 seconds. They moved me to another room. It was no smoking and I saw burn marks in the sheets. I took a shower and I stood in ankle deep water. Everything is pretty old and not so kept up outside. For the price to have a roof over my head, ac, flat screen tv with cable, I'll take it. Of I wanted something better I would have paid more. You get what you pay for and I am pleased with the place I stayed. It was not the worst I have been in but not near the best. It worked for the price.

it was what was needed. great location off of I-20 thanks

All of the furniture in the room was sticky, the location of the hotel was very sketchy. It is pretty much located in the middle of nowhere. I stayed here one night simply because I could not find a hotel anywhere else. If you're just looking for somewhere to rest your head a few hours, then go for it but I did not like it at all. The television in the room was the best thing although it was hard to watch anything because of all the static. On a positive note, wi-fi worked!

I arrived to find I had an upstairs room and a handicapped wife. After two conversations the desk clerk, she moved me to a downstairs handicapped room with no extra charge. She told me that it would not have happened if I would not have happened if I had booked with them, They don't seem to like you

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean but the plaster on the ceiling was cracking and pieces was missing. It was quiet and in a decent location.

It was dirty and dingy with bad mattress I do not know why I exspect better from super they are usually bad I don't think I will stay at another one live and learn Maybe I should stop looking for bargains

The staff was nice and very helpful with my requests. The price for one room with a King size bed was 43.00 a night which was in my price range. The room had a mini fridge so i was able to buy drinks from the local wal-mart. (that came in handy seeing that all the soda machines were empty) The room was clean and towels and sheets were fresh. The Ac worked well. The shower head was a bit dirty. I assume that was from the hard water build up, and the room was a bit over air freshened i had to open the door and air it out. There were plenty of restaurants around, (waffle house, mcd's popeyes, a sit down steak and sea food place) and a number of gas stations. it was well lit and there was a nice gazebo to sit under. It wasnt a super fantastic place but it did suit the purpose.

Everything was just find, but thr ice makers did not work.

The room was ok but there was no guide for the tv, too many ladies of the evening running back and forth and fighting with their customers.

I just relaxed and enjoyed the peace and quiet

Overall unsatisfactory stay. First, given keys to a room with an occupant already in it. Second key did not open new room. Once in the room the furnishings were extremely outdated and in very poor condition. Electrical cord on AC had been taped. Linens on bed had huge burn hole. Cable TV had been out earlier, when it came back on, picture was snowy and never cleared up.

My overall stay was not good the staff at the front desk was very nice. The rooms had no trash can liners and my room was not cleaned during my entire three day stay. The air conditions/heaters have mold on the vents. My husband and I woke up every day with a headaches.
