All of it. Jacuzzi kept going off every hour. Was demanded to pay a $50 fee that wasnt mentioned anywhere when i booked and got conformation email. Jacuzzi had dirt all thru it. Was swore at and disrespected when told i coukd have a later check out. Told them about all the issue's including the very expired yogurt parfait i was given and they wanted $17 for...and tried to charge me $46 for a $16-18 breakfast with eggs bacon and toast.. and they did nothing and was just the worst experience ever for being a fancier hotel. about anything at all for the issues.

The room was fine, but not amazing. The whole place just had a feel that was underwhelming. I've stayed in a number of Moncton hotels for business and this one was just not as high quality as the others. Not as modern, it didn't feel like I was being pampered. I cannot, unfortunately, put my finger on it. The breakfast was very good, and the staff at the restauraunt were lovely. The reception staff were very nice, but seemed confused about things like late checkout and told me I couldn't get a printed receipt because I'd booked through Hotels.com. It was fine. Not amazing.
