The beds are like sleeping on springs, even after putting 2 additional blankets underneath the sheets. Several times we asked for more toilet paper we were told they didn’t have any, like what? For a room with 2 people you get 3 flat pillows and when you ask for another they don’t know where they are. Activity in the parking lot all the time with unsavory characters and some work there. The maintenance person is generally found standing in the office at night talking with the staff not working. They’re inconsistent on the policy of food deliveries, sometimes they deliver to room sometimes you have to pick up in office. Kitchenette with no supplies. They don’t even remove the trash for crying out loud.

Staff was very nice. The rooms were spacious, I liked the kitchenette size as well, plus they supplied a laundry basket & a few hangers. I went to bed at 10pm by 1am I couldn't stay in my room anymore because the fragrance was so strong & yes, I had turned off the fan on my room as well. I grabbed the covers, pillow & because I go backpacking, I had a sleeping pad in my Yukon. I literally slept in my car and canceled my 2nd night stay as well BUT!! 2 MAJOR DRAWBACKS!! When I entered the room it was HIGHLY FRAGRANT!! As if there was 4 plug-ins in just that room. Within 30 min I was getting a headache & slightly nauseous. I opened the window, even though it only opened 3 inches & was like 40*-- I needed air!! The other annoying issue was the motion activated bathroom lights!! Way to bright, IT'S WAY TO BRIGHT!.. I can see under sink lights turning on to give some ambient light, but ALL the bathroom lights is too much!

Yes, room and staff were good. As for the amenities that one is expecting to have in the room . Are very few ! One amenity wasvif you wanted clean towels. You haf to take your dirty towels to the front desk. To get clean ones. No face tissues, coffee maker, no ironing board, no hand towels in the room. There is a kitchen and microwave oven. Most hotels the offer use of the kitchenette have plates, forks , paper towels. They did say no breakfast. Was surprised of the lack of amenities in the room

New place, so everything was in pristine condition but there are a few bugs to work out. Such as an energy-saving timer that periodically shuts off all power outlets near the nightstand, so that the provided alarm clock is always flashing 12:00. Which seems silly when a bulb suitable for a nightstand only draws about four watts. Be aware that the west-side rooms overlook a freeway, and stairwells are at either end of the building.
