The rooms are disgustingly dirty with roaches. Carpet very dirty. The room I stayed in with double beds was extremely compacted. No comfort at all. Will not recommend this hotel nor will I ever come back

This Hotel had Roaches. And I had no other option but to stay as we were in just before midnight and had to be up at 5:00am. Then hotel management was not very willing to give a fair refund amount for us staying in those dirty conditions. A $25 refund for a $156 roach infested room is not fair. I would never ever stay here again.

Great staff, constant smell of marijuana

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and had what we needed. Breakfast was delicious and fresh every day and everything had everything family liked (fresh waffles, eggs, sausage, cereals, muffins, yogurt, fruit, etc). The building itself could use fresh paint as there are scuff marks in the hallway and around the doors. Plenty of family friendly restaurants in the vicinity. All that said, what I didn't like was the smell of marijuana, constantly in the hallways and even outside the building. It is a no smoking facility, so I'm not sure why it smelled like that our whole stay. Staff informed me that people were allowed to smoke outside the building. There are several smoke shops across the street from the hotel, so I'm not sure if this contributed to why there was so much. With small children this was not something we wanted them around. All in all, the hotel itself was great, the constant smell of weed, not so much.

The staff was great! We were there five nights and anything I needed was provided quickly and with a smile. Breakfast was good with varied choices. It’s showing its age a bit but not bad. I will definitely go back.
