Very professional, helpful and cordial. Very good first impression! My first time staying at this hotel.

This may have been my worst stay at a Drury Inn. PROS: It’s a older hotel but VERY clean. All of the staff that I encountered were excellent. Everyone was welcoming and pleasant. The room & bathroom were clean and smelled nice. I only note the smell because they accept pets and the rooms are carpeted. Easy check in & out. I also appreciated st check in we were given options as to which floor we’d like. Since we bought our dog for this trip we chose the 1st floor. The air conditioner worked great. CONS: We had room 121. This room is 2 doors down from the elevator and across the hall from the gym. Thin walls -very noisy. Our 1st floor room felt like a cave the ceiling was so low. At 7am a lady was running on the treadmill and it sounded like there was construction or someone IN our room hitting the walls. It was very loud. (The front desk lady that checked me out did apologize for the noise but the hotel owner needs to fix that.) Breakfast was not good. The waffles had a sour taste. The eggs looked weird and had a strange texture. No flavored creamer for the coffee. The grits were grainy. The bed was not comfortable. The pillows had zero firmness.

Very nice hotel, stay here about five times each year and always enjoy the hotel.

We needed a place to stay near shopping. Out room smelled terribly from stale smoke. The room was clean and comfortable but the smoke smell irritated my throat all night. Nice breakfast included and friendly staff.

Nice clean Hotel. Easy access to the interstate. Extra friendly staff. the food was delicious. Hoping to stay again during Mardi Gras.

Very comfortable.the happy hour is a very nice treat

Room was Very clean...bed was very comfortable. Employees very friendly.

The hotel stay was wonderful as always. I am originally from Mobile so we do make frequent visit down there. The Drury has become our mainstay hotel. From the very polite and helpful staff to the wonderful complimentary breakfast. The cleanliness of the room and the comfort also. This hotel has always been in out top three! We will be back again.

It was a nice hotel. It just cost to much to stay. I could have gotten 2 rooms for the price of their one.

Staff super friendly and helpful, some of the nicest hotel staff I've ever encountered and I stay in a lot of hotels. Hotel a bit old but it is well updated and very clean

We needed 2 pack-n-plays for our twins. Staff was great getting them to our room and prepared. Made the stay easy.

Hotel location is convenient to all tourist destinations via freeway and highways and but a short distance to the downtown via multiple roadways. They offer an ample selection at breakfast and their afternoon "kickback" affords various beverages and an abundance of food such that going out for supper could be avoided if desired -- all included in the room rate. On the down side, the lavatory area is quite small and our room had a quirky furniture layout from our perspective although absolutely tolerable.

Came to hear The Collongsworth Family sing at Grace Pointe Church, chose Drury Inn because I had stayed before & liked their rooms & hit breakfast.

Have stayed this Drury several times and it is great. Centrally located, the staff is very attentive and we really enjoy our time here.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! The staff was nice and the rooms were comfy and I was able to relax! The kick back with food and cocktails was a plus! Wasn't expecting it, but I didn't have to leave for a nice adult atmosphere. Also, all of the restaurants and the mall is near! I would definitely stay here again!

When we checked in they told us about the free breakfast bar and I assumed it was the same as all the other hotels that served breakfast.....what a surprise to learn that they also had a wonderful supper bar also and complimentary cocktails. The food was wonderful and the staff was accommodating and pleasant. Everyone who worked there had a smile on their face......Great job, Drury Inn Mobile.....we'll be back for sure!!!
