This hotel should be operating. Worst hotel

After finding out that the hotel is not 3 miles (as announced) but 45 minutes away from Redondela we arrived at 5:00 PM and we whatsapp the number on the window. The woman was rude saying that she called us which is not true, I have an international number and there were no instructions in the hotel-com web page. She said that she shouldn't be waiting for us. She was supposed to give us a code to get in, but she didn't provide one until a nice lady (Silvia) came to rescue us. Additionally, the hotel didn't have hot water, no blankets, or any type of toiletries. There was nothing around, not even a restaurant. We had to hire another taxi to go to Redondela because there was no public transportation. I end up paying 70 euros in transportation to and from Redondela. We were doing the Camino and this hotel was the worst, an inconvenience. Unfortunately, we hire a suitcase delivery, otherwise, I should have better lose the reservation than deal with being left outside in the middle of nowhere. They should not be operating.
