Our two night stay at Moab Bed and Bagels was perfect! The room was neat and tidy, the breakfast food in our little kitchenette was delicious and perfect for fueling up for a fun mountain bike ride. The bed was oh so comfy! My husband and I both slept like babies. I was also amazed at how quiet and peaceful it was. It was a very short drive to grab a bite to eat in town. (98 Center is an amazing place to get great food that is healthy, not heavy deep fried!). The self check-in/check-out was very convenient. Thank you Tammy for going above and beyond to meet our every need. One of the best B & B’s we’ve stayed at and we’ll be back the next time we’re in Moab. Kathy and David, Missouri

My husband and I had the wonderful opportunity to stay one night at Moab Beds and Bagels as part of our road trip from Colorado through several western states. It was one of our best experiences from our recent trip. One of the most appreciated aspects of our stay is the easy check in and check out. Unlike most B&Bs, you can check in ANY time after 3:00 pm so if you have a late day, you are not rushing to make check in. Check out was equally easy - just leave. The bed in the room was very comfortable and there were several types of pillows. The room is also flush with amenities: fridge stuffed with a large array of breakfast items, breakfast sandwich maker, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, water on each bedside table, eye masks, ear plugs (which weren't needed), and even an e-reader. Moab B&B is well located, in that it was about 10 minutes to drive to Arches National Park. The grounds are lovely with mountain views and beautiful plantings (the apricot tree was in full fruit when we were there). The owners are great re: communication. They send texts to provide directions and information about the property, and to confirm check out. If you need a place to stay when visiting Arches, this is the spot.

The guest house is miles out of town and off the road so it is quiet, the room was small but adequate, there is outside seating and a garden which is nice. Price is pretty expensive but the owner has tried to make it a fun place and easy for guests. There is a living room you can use. Three bedrooms in total. The room has pretty much everything you need, interesting corrugated iron shower room! Breakfast of fritata, bagels etc. Room appeared dark with heavy curtains. Big choice of coffees etc. Tablet with movies I think.

Tammy was a most gracious hostess though we never got to meet her! There were unexpected extras to make our stay comfortable. The front porch was perfect for reading. Cozy. Even though you have her phone number, she is even thoughtful enough to have a rundown of her regular schedule in case you needed her.

We were upstairs to the left. Tammy thought of everything! Seriously. Only stayed 1 night but will definitely stay here again. Clean, comfy, loved the shower. So many homey touches, like chocolate kisses on the pillows. Great place to stay!

This place far exceeded our expectations. The amount of attention to details the owner has put to the rooms and general experience is amazing. The rooms aren't massive, but they don't lack anything. The bathroom in our room was big and had a fantastic shower (and honestly, most showers we have seen in the US are plain terrible… don’t know why). The air bed was extremely comfortable and adjustable. The check-in and check-out experience were amazing and fully automated. That really helped us since we were checking in really late and checking out a couple of days later really early in order to catch the sunrise. Basically we didn't meet the owner at all, but when at one point we found the temperature in our room just a bit too cold we texted her and 30 seconds later she had adjusted it (despite being 11 in the evening). What really deservers mentioning though is the breakfast. The owner will have the breakfast ready in the little fridge of your room and the amount of food she fits in is massive. All really good quality, including quite a few homemade stuff. Again, the ability to have our breakfast really early in the morning helped us quite a bit with our plan. There was so much food in the fridge that we ended up eating some of the stuff for lunch/dinner. Everything was delicious, clearly labelled, and with clear instructions about how to heat it in the microwave. Also in the two days we were there we had two completely different breakfast. Almost all the stuff was different on the second day and that was great since we could try other delicious things. Obviously there were always bagel on top of everything else and a machine to make them hot and soft. Also there was an espresso machine with pods to make great coffee and this was the only time we had seen it in the States: normally there is only the filtered coffee machine, and we don’t particularly fancy that kind of coffee. Honestly we have travelled all over the world, but this amount of attention to details we have rarely seen. The neighbour where this place is located is a bit dodgy (I think it's the old part of Moab) but this place is absolutely top notch and if we are back in Moab we will certainly stay there again.

Amazing little place! Tammy the owner was so kind and welcoming. She left tons of breakfast options in the room and the place really felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend staying here!

My wife and I just spent 2 delightful days and nights here, and our host Tammy was very engaging and attentive to our needs. She also seems very attentive to the details of the B+B, as the place is very clean and well-kept. We even spent less time than we planned in Arches Nat. Park just so we could get back to this place and enjoy it more! (we did at least make the hike up to Delicate Arch) We stayed in the larger and a few $ more "Love Deeply" suite upstairs, and it was well worth the few extra $ - if available to you for your travel dates I highly advice you to go for it. The other rooms appeared delightful too. A splendid choice for an overnight or a multi-day getaway. Tammy's express breakfast was all put together for us in our in-room refrigerator and all we had to do was slap it together, w/ some extra we took for our hiking snack. Overall, a great experience for my wife and I and no complaints at all!

I love staying at bed and breakfasts and the reviews on this one were good and the check in was unique so I booked it and I am glad I did. First of all, when we arrived in Moab from Capital Reef, it was around 11, so we decided to go to Arches and then check in to our room. Just as we are leaving Arches after a long hike, I get a text with detailed instructions on how to get to the B&B and I can check in. That was much appreciated since the reception on my phone was spotty in that area and I was wondering how to get there. When we arrived, there is a kiosk on the wall with your name and keys. Our room had our name on the door and as you enter there is a bed, chair, table to eat on, micro refriferator, microwave and a unit to cook your food. The refrigerator was filled with 3 types of bagels, sausage, cheese, eggs, fruit, muffins, juice and milk. In addition, there was a keurig with starbucks coffee and plates, utensils and real coffee cups. Also, there were earplugs, radio and your own personal bathroom. There is also a common room with a large table and patio and another room with couches and a tv. This is not in the heart of Moab but if your next stop is Monument Valley, you are on your way.

This was our longest location on our trip while visiting 3 main National Parks. It was by far the best. I felt like home. Nice location. Flowers and plants all around the house. Very clean property. Rooms and bathrooms had everything you needed for your comfort. Breakfast was very special every day different, fresh and tasty. Not the regular "restaurant" style but with real healthy food. I will come back and will send my kids and friends to stay here when visiting the Arches NP.
