Unwind in Moab as you take in the stunning red rock views from your private patio that will leave you speechless. The cozy fireplace in the townhomes adds to the already warm and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect place to curl up and relax after a long day of exploring. Take in the views as you relax on the private patio each morning or BBQing at night. This townhome is truly a slice of paradise. The townhome is 15 minutes away from Arches, and 45 minutes from Canyonlands and Dead Horse State Park. Downtown Moab is a quick 10-minute drop to the shops and grocery store.
Bed Configurations: The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and an attached private bathroom with a jetted large tub and shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds with a flat-screen TV. The shared bathroom between the two bedrooms has a tub/shower combo as well. This townhome is all on one level.
The two-car attached garage is perfect for storing bikes and other gear during your stay! If you have an electric vehicle, you can use the EV Car Charger that is available in the garage.
The home is equipped with everything necessary to make your stay comfortable. All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!
The townhome is equipped with free Wireless internet and all televisions have cable.
Cancellations need to be done at least 30 days before arrival for a full refund.
Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab. The manager is on the premises.
2025 Hot Tub and Pool Schedule In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.
Hot Tub Schedule: OPEN Hot Tub Hours: 10 am-10 pm daily when open/weather permitting
2025 POOL Schedule: OPEN Pool Hours: 10 am -10 pm daily when open/weather permitting The pool closes typically at the end of Oct through April and reopens mid-April (depending on the weather)
**Pool and hot tub are open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open IF the weather is too cold. EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be above 65 degrees. Pool & Hot tub can be closed due to inclement weather.

This was one of the nicest units we have stayed in. It was very comfortable and served as a great base to explore the nearby parks. The EV charging was a plus.
We had an awesome stay on property celebrating Thanksgiving with our extended family who stayed in a nearby unit. It was a great weekend with excellent proximity to downtown Moab and the National Parks. Highly recommend.
It was clean and comfortable. Water pressure in shower was good, kitchen has enough utensils and such, sofas were also comfortable. The garage was handy as was the washer and dryer. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.
Comfortable, clean, quiet. Lot's of space to spread out for the 8 people we had in our group. Check-in/out was simple. Nice to have the large garage to store our bikes and gear.
This condo was exactly as advertised. We loved our stay there. It was easy to check in and find what we needed. We didn’t have to contact the manager about anything. The pool and hot tub were nice too.
Kids loved the twin rooms. Nice kitchen made it easy to cook meals for the family at home. Like the location. I wish i would have known about the access to the neighboring pool and hot tub since we didnt bring swim stuff since we saw the information that it was closed.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home outside of Moab. Perfect location. Views that are fabulous. Home was very comfortable and clean, all on one level, use of the garage was a big plus. Its proximity to town was perfect without all of the hoopla dealing with noise and traffic. Dealing with the reality company was a blessing as they were incredibly responsive and very helpful in answering any questions or concerns we had. We would definitely rent with Makenna's again.
Great home base for our family as we visited Moab and the nearby parks! Clean and comfortable, spacious, and nice to have garage parking attached to the unit. Nice neighborhood of seemingly mostly vacation home/short term rentals with great views of the surrounding cliffs. Clean and comfortable living areas and bedrooms. Only minor issue we had was that the king bed in the primary bedroom was creaky and any movement by my wife or I would shake the bed and make noise, disturbing the other when sleeping. Might just need a quick tune-up and tightening/adjustment of some joints. Minor problem overall though, and we enjoyed our stay very much!

The home was well stocked with basic kitchen supplies. We were able to prepare all of our meals there which was great. There is no pantry or place to put food so we used our storage totes and just stacked it in them out of the way. No ice maker. Only thing that made it less than desirable was the pillows. We should have brought our own, I don’t know why we didn’t actually because we normally do and apparently we are pillow snobs, but these pillows were about as cheap as could be. The pool was open and new. Big hot tub. We would stay here again.

The house itself was ok, neighborhood was quiet and it was nice to have a garage for parking. That is all the nice things I can say. The pillows and sheets were stained. The dishes and silverware were all dirty. The AC struggled to maintain a good temperature. The beds were uncomfortable. The kitchen was not appointed with even the basic oils or seasonings. There were several large spiders and spider webs throughout the property. Overall the price we paid was very high and the quality was very low. I would not recommend staying here with the abundance of other similarly priced options in the area.

What a beautiful home! The location was perfect and allowed us to pivot out of it for 6 nights going to the National Parks. We loved eating outside with the beautiful scenery. After a long day hiking, the hot tub was so nice. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen well-stocked, garage and washer/dryer were a plus, and living room very comfortable for our group of 4. Only comments are: kitchen needs some hot pads; would be nice to have additional hangers in closets and dirty greasy pan was left in oven. But these are all minor! Overall it was a wonderful house. We felt at home and would definitely stay here again!
