Perfect for family vacation

Very nice house, well equipped kitchen, perfect for big family with kids, great access to the pool and beach, clean and had everYthing we needed, just pay attention to the king bed and bunk bed upstairs, they feel a little loose with the minimum move while sleeping, all other beds arr perfect

Absolutely In Love

We loved our stay!! The house was amazing, and the location was perfect! Everything was so clean and beautiful! RealJoy was so great to answer all of our questions! We’ll definitely come back!

Family beach vacation

Secure area with the incoming gate and the security. House had all amenities required for our stay. We had 4 adults and 4 kids so we prepared about half our meals at the house and the outside grill worked great. We would consider booking again in the future.

Great home, cleanliness not awesome

The house is fantastic. Nice little yard out back which was great for our toddler. Once we asked the neighbor to stop letting his dog poop in the yard we were all set for fun times running around in the grass. Nice area for bike riding. The house was not well cleaned when we checked in. Management company did a great job and were very nice.

Great house horrible cleaners.

The property was great but it was not clean. It appeared clean but the linens were not washed. A few of the drinking glasses had lipstick on them. The house needed to be sanitized. The house was amazing but the cleaners need to be fired immediately. Somebody can get sick. I owned a cleaning business so I have a great eye for cleanliness. It was staged and not cleaned.

Family vacation

The house was great! Nice location, little confusion about the address when we arrived but Real Joy agent was able to assist. House was clean and nicely decorated. The listing says that beach chairs and wagons will be available, however, we were not able to get access until halfway through our stay. Sucked and I had to reach out to get access, but they did finally get me the information. Make sure you bring your own beach towels, as they are not provided.

Summer 2021

We had a great experience and absolutely loved the house. Only complaint for us was the stairs(not in a bad way or a deal breaker), just not the best setup for a family with 3 children under 5. We kept having to find ways to block off the stairs! Other than that I give this place 5 stars overall!!!!!!

Great house and location!

Awesome house and location! The house was very comfortable and clean and beautiful! We had a few hiccups and the management company was very quick to respond each time! One thing that was very disappointing was the pool. It was cold as ice, the kids wouldn’t even swim in it.

A prefect vacation

This house is just awesome (10/10) and it was super clean and had everything you can imagine for a comfortable stay. We had a group of 10 people (6 adults + 4 kids) and had enough beds for everyone. The kitchen was stacked and was in a very clean and in a safe neighborhood. It was a simple short walk from the beach. Prefect location. The only thing it was missing is a pool for kids but we were so close to the beach it didn’t matter.
