Beautiful home but the management team offers no accommodations outside of the contract. So if you come with a large party, you will not be able to check-in

Home was very clean, only few houses walk to beach. Loved the private beach access, we stayed at spring break in April and our stretch was no where crowded compared to .5 mile walk down. Beds were comfy, shower water pressure great. Only comment would be that sink water pressure in bathrooms was really light, and hot didn't really get hot, but that was minor. Pool was great and we chose to pay to have heated and we're happy we did. Great layout and would definitely stay here again.

The house was clean and beautiful, the View was spectacular and the elevator was great, and we loved the two washers and dryers, very helpful with the pool towels. The Kitchen had the utensils and pots, pans, glasses and plates etc but some minor things we needed to get like salt and pepper, which you never think of. Could have used more info on how to operate the pool heater.

The house was amazing! Easy check in and out! The house is located in an area that is accessible to a lot of different things: stores, shopping, grocery store etc. the amenities in the house was greatly appreciated everything was labeled and easily identified! Beautiful views! Would stay there again! Beautiful home for family gatherings!

Perfect for family vacation.

Loved the house. It was just beautiful. Like staying in our own little resort. The pool was awesome and the beach so close and easy to get to. Management responded promptly to all our needs. Also close to all the places you might want to go to, water park,shopping etc. Would definitely stay here again. Oh, and elevator was a lifesaver for us “old folks”.

Memorial week at tango mar

Our yearly family vacation for the past 42 years has been the Florida panhandle, Destin , Miramar Beach, and several places along 30A Highway. We’ve stayed n a lot of places but this one had it all! This place is exceptional! Communication with the host was outstanding! Questions were answered very politely and quickly. The property was beyond our expectations. It was exactly as had been described and pictured and more beautiful than the pictures displayed. Every detail was covered! The layout was excellent for our large family! The decor, large rooms, And the kitchen and living room being the bottom floor, and all bedrooms above the living space, so no one had to endure footsteps above them while trying to sleep. One of our favorite features was the laundry room with 2 sets of washer and dryers- brilliant! The house was sparkling clean, beds were wonderful and the outdoor kitchen and pool was a fantastic feature. The view was so beautiful- we could see the ocean from every floor, The neighborhood is small and quiet with a very easy and short walk to the beach- 2 minutes at most. The private beach is fantastic- Saturday of the Memorial Day weekend , at one point during the day I counted a total of only 12 people along the private beach. We felt like we were in a secluded place but outside of this neighborhood is a booming area of restaraunts, grocery stores, shopping, the outlet mall and activities. We will be back for years to come!

This house was beautiful and so spacious. Lots of room for everyone and the beds were so comfortable. Short walk to beach!! We will be back!
