Poor communication

I've rented a few places over the years, but I just couldn't believe the problems we had on this rental. First, I was sent one code only for entering the beach house...except there was a privacy gate we had to go through to enter the neighborhood to get to the house first. After a long drive from Indiana and Georgia, my family and I was stuck in a long line of cars that waited for us to put a code in that was not the number that I was given. It was very embarrassing having people in golf carts and cars honking as we attempted to enter the gate. Finally someone who lived in the neighborhood put in the code. Second, when we got to the beach house, the only code I was given did not work....again. We had to call to get into the beach house, get access code to get key for golf cart (which we found one of two garage openers to enter the house on top of the cart),ect... For the amount of money I paid for my family to stay there, I was really disappointed with the poor communication. Also, during our stay the gas grill caugh on fire. Never had that happen at a rental! The house was beautiful though.
