It’s good value for the money. Not right on the beach, but fairly close to it even by foot. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is in need of some updates but it didn’t take away from the experience. There is also a basic continental breakfast which is great considering so many budget hotels have stopped offering it at all.
Property was dated and in need of some maintenance. Bathroom too small, difficult to get in shower.
I would recommend to demolish the property and build a new one or completely and professionally remodel it
For the money paid, no complaints. Good beds and nice linens. No bathtub and the shower was small, but perfect for a quick night of rest on a road trip.
the hotel is in a good location , updated but our bathroom door didnt work .. the bathroom clauking and paint are horrible.... the staff are nice and helpful.
Property location is great, close to the beach and grocery store and shopping area, staff was friendly except since i checked in overnight front desk wasn't as nice and had to beg for sheets for rollaway bed, because they didn't want to provide it .Trash cans were overflowing around property, curtain haf mold and there was a roaches in our room. Our sink was fixed right away upon request and housekeepers and manager were very nice.
Nothing unique. Old property, needs updating. Small bathroom, could not adjust vents on A/C unit, thus air blew on one bed which was right up against the unit, no drawers, just a closet. Better locks needed for window leading outside,
Clean Hotel and close to the beach. Road construction made it somewhat difficult to get to Hotel
Hotel has great potential. Lacks attention to detail. Stayed one week, only did I receive house keeping services once. I didn’t mind and don’t complain. I’m a very humble person. I’m very greatful. For what it is the place is great. However, you may want more than emptying your own trash. The little staff is great! However, they need more help that is more effective in time management skills. That being said, I really enjoyed my stay at the beach! Perfect location! Manager was extremely nice saw him on a few occasions.
Noticed a musty order in the A.C.. the bathroom door had black finger print looked liked a crime scene the had been dusted for prints.
Nice, kind, professional and friendly staff. Quiet and peaceful rooms. Air conditioner worked great. No wild parties or noise. Accross from Outlet Mall. Complimentary breakfast provided was excellent. Highly recommend!
Its location was decent for the price we paid - Right off the 98, right across from the outlet mall, and a 20 minute walk to Miramar Beach (5 minute drive - a mile). Space was cramped for a 2 double bed room; I would wake up to feel the air conditioning blasting all over me as the bed was placed a few inches from the unit. Turning the thing off would have made it too humid for my other occupants across the room. Rooms were tidy and "updated", but the bathroom felt cramped. Breakfast consists of continental fare with the addition of sausage links and egg "patties" - which were lukewarm even at 6:30AM. My recommendation would be to skip the baked goods. Coffee was pretty awesome, along with the attentive staff.
Kind of what you expect it to be since the price is so low. This hotel looks like the inside was upgraded to look new but definitely wasn't done right.
Courteous staff. Very fair price for location and cleanliness.
Our king bed room was excellent & our allergies/asthma appreciated the clean wood flooring. Our bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. We appreciated the refrigerator/microwave at no additional charge. The only downside was the small bathroom & shower which allowed only one person at a time to use but it wasn't a big deal for us. Their breakfast was adequate but we didn't care for the egg patty that was served -- it didn't taste much like an egg at all. I would stay here again if I make another trip this way. We do like Sleep Inn hotels.
Room are very small and staff didn't want to give us extra towels. I will not recommend this hotel if you have more than 2 people in a room even with 2 queen size beds. Breakfast was good but the breakfast area was too small to accommodate all guest. The only positive thing a can say is good location.
The only chair in the room was like an office chair. In need of a comfortable chair. Breakfast was sub par. Eggs were 1/4 inch thick and 4 in.². They were cold.
