Family of 24, three generations. Property is well maintained, comfortable, game room is spacious with pool table. Pool is adequate. All appliances are in good condition.

Great House!

We stayed at the Sandy Beach Estate and it was absolutely beautiful! Everything in the house was exactly how it was pictured online. We had a few issues with the pool/hot tub and couple smaller things throughout our stay, but the Diamond Gulf Rental company was super friendly on the phone and sent someone out right away to get our issues resolved. We are from Ohio and had our large wedding reception there and it was PERFECT! SUPER close to the beach. Will definitely be coming back to Miramar Beach in the future and booking with diamond gulf rentals!

Great Company Retreat

We returned for a company retreat (we are a small business with employees around the country) for the second year in a row and once again enjoyed a great week! Besides the weather being perfect, we all had plenty of room to spread out in free time, and plenty of room in the living area to meet and to eat together. We look forward to returning again next year!

Pricey but worth every penny

We had a perfect stay at this home. It was clean, spacious, in a great neighborhood which was truly - just steps from the beach, and very comfortable for our large family. It was pretty pricey, but so worth it.
