Great Vacation

We enjoyed our vacation! Great communication from owners. Unit was wonderful, clean and close to the beach. It was stocked with everything we needed! We have stayed at Maravilla several times but this is one of our favorites by far.

Great place! Great location!

The condo was very clean and well furnished. The owner was very easy to work with responded quickly when we had a question. Location of the unit was perfect for us. Within a few steps of the pool and beach access. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Trip

The condo was conveniently located and was just a quick walk to the beach. It was decorated nicely and had all of the amenities we needed. The beds were comfy which is a bonus on vacation! It was very nice having the chairs and umbrella setups each day. I would highly recommend this property and would love to return in the future.

Great location

Only issues was given wrong code for entrance into complex and had to ask someone else. Enjoyed having beach chairs and umbrella ready for us at the beach each day. Location of the condo was great just being able to walk straight out into the yard . Would definitely stay here again.

Miramar CONDO STAY

Facility was very good. Beach was close, approx. 250 yds., and had easy access. Close to “tourist trap” shops and such. Would come back if we decide to revisit area.

Lovely condo in great location!

I vacationed with a friend, my cousin and a friend of hers. We are in our 60’s and being on the ground floor and close to pool and beach was important to us. Plenty of parking for our 2 cars and could always find a spot near our unit. We found the unit to be clean, nicely furnished and the beds comfortable. We really enjoyed the beach chair set up that comes with the units at Maravilla and used them a portion of every day. We walked to dinner several night as Pompano Joes and captain Dave’s My only complaints are that the skillets need replaced (I bought one and left it there). Otherwise the kitchen was well equipped.

Short Spring Break Stay

Thought it was going to start off wrong because we did not have the check-in information or rather the code to door or code to gate entrance. But the Main office helped and called the owner of the unit. We had his number from that point on. And he made every thing good from that point on. We got back to room to get settled and noticed the room had not been clean. We called the VRBO owner and he quickly made it good. We had a good time. Room was close to beach. Just a short walk to access the beach. The room came with 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas. Enjoyed the room just fine. The master bed room TV had cable TV access but no app access. I feel if I had reached out to owner he would have gotten it fixed, but I did not even bother because we were only there for 3 days. Good place to stay. Very nice owner to work with.

Great place to stay

The batteries need changing in the living room remotes and the coffee pot was cracked and unable to be used. Otherwise excellent condo!

Great location

Great location Condo was nice & roomy Could of been cleaner. Back porch floor could of been cleaner and the door has jams have mold on them. Overall we had a great stay.
