We had a great group of friends, and it was the perfect place for a large family get together or couples get away. We would definitely go back, and the location to the beach as well as the area was perfect!!!

Alex and team were very accommodating. They had quick response time. The house is BEAUTIFUL. The pictures are good but in person is even better. The pool was heated and accessing the beach was easy. We will definitely be back!!!

Our family loved our stay at this house, the neighborhood was quiet and very nice. The walk to the beach was perfect for us with little kids, we were able to just run back to the house quick if we forgot something. We would absolutely stay here again

We loved our stay at High Cotton

The beach house was fully stocked, had everything we needed for a great stay, and was very clean. I was pleasantly surprised at the very short walk to the beach. We had a wonderful family vacation and we're already looking forward to staying at this home again in the future.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at High Cotton. The house was absolutely beautiful and the listing was very accurate. A great highlight that the house included for our family was the beach chairs and umbrellas every day set up. This helped us out a lot as we drove a long ways and did not bring our own beach chairs.We definitely will try and stay here again in the future.

Highly Recommended!

High Cotton vacation home truly deserves 5 stars! Well maintained beautiful house. The close proximity to the private beach was unbeatable allowing our group to enjoy sunrises, walks, leisure time at our convenience. It was quick run to convenience stores, food and outlet mall.2 sets of washer/dryer was a plus to accommodate laundry for bigger group. The heated pool was a hit among kids. Everyone in our group enjoyed the vacation thoroughly and the property exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness and location. Highly recommended.

Great space

We had 5 couples stay and had ample room! Every room has a bathroom which was a huge plus!! The location was AMAZING with only a very short walk to the beach. It's in such a great part of Destin and close to great restaurants and shopping!

We had a great time with our large family & the accommodations were great! I would recommend room darkening drapes or blinds as the light from the high rise condo next door is present at all times of the night. Location and house was fantastic!! Will come back!!

Perfect house for us :)

This was our first time visiting Destin and this was the perfect house for our friends and family, four families all together. Plenty of room for everyone to gather together or have their own space. Quick little walk to the beach, the chairs and umbrellas were set up for us every morning.

Perfect Place

Short walk to beach, 2 sets of umbrellas and chairs, a pool, great location, lots of room, beautifully decorated and well stocked with kitchen items and towels. Quick response to our questions. Loved the place!

Gorgeous Home!

This was our 1st time in Destin and we truly fell in love with it, but what made it even better was our stay in this gorgeous home at High Cotton in the Shipwatch Community. The home was conveniently located within walking distance to a private beach which displayed powdery white sand and turquoise waters. The sunsets there were amazing too!! We made so many beautiful memories with friends & family in that home and look forward to coming back again soon!!

Perfect Family Vacay

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which is GREAT for more than one family. The house does stay very bright at night because of the condo lights next door. It would be nice to have some thicker shades to block out some of the light. The location is perfect with a private street and private beach. We will definitely book with this company again!

Great House and Location

Took the whole family to the beach. This house was perfect for all 13 of us and could have fit more comfortably. Great location in Private community with an easy 1 minute walk to the beach. Would recommend.
