Ages 4-63 all enjoyed our week here. It is in a spot between very busy and quieter beaches. The community pool is walking distances and great for days the ocean had a lot of seaweed. Stan’s itinerary and suggestions were very helpful. So glad we rented a golf cart for the week.

Amazing beachfront property

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Stan’s VRBO rental in Miramar Beach! From start to finish, everything was seamless. Stan was an exceptional host—quick to respond to any questions we had, which made planning and settling in a breeze. The property itself was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed, from household supplies to beach gear. They provided plenty of beach chairs, a paddle board, and fun beach toys, which made our days by the water so enjoyable. The private beach area was a major highlight—never crowded, giving us a peaceful and relaxing experience every time we went out. We loved the location as it was easy access to great restaurants and shopping (and an amazing coffee shop across the street). Two things to be aware of is that you do have to walk through the first floor bedroom for the easiest access to the beach and the bunk room doesn’t have their own bathroom. This wasn’t a problem for us as we had all the teenagers staying on that floor.Our only recommendation would be to bring a sound machine, as the property is located on a busy stretch of road, and you can hear a lot of traffic noise at night. However, this minor detail didn’t detract from our overall experience. I would book this place again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped beach getaway in Miramar Beach.

Family Vacay

The property manager was awesome! He answered every question and request in a very timely manner. The house was set up great for our family. Everything we needed was already there, so packing was much easier than in years past. My only complaint was parking and getting in and out of the driveway. We had 3 vehicles there, so parking was very tight, and the area is quite congested, so getting out of the driveway wasn’t easy.

Beautiful view

The house was steps away from the beach. Destin’s water and beach are gorgeous. With gift shops, Dairy Queen and coffee shop across the street the house is a Great location. The teens were able to spread their wings a little and do some exploring on their own. Great time was had by all

Amazing Location and View

We had 13 of our family members stay here. 4 were 2 and under. Everyone had a wonderful time. The kitchen was well stocked, enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, 3 covered decks with an incredible view made it easy to enjoy family time together here. We really appreciated the beach chairs and plenty of beach towels available!

Wonderful week

We had a wonderful week staying at this beautiful property. There was plenty of room and comfortable beds/bathrooms for our group.It is thoughtfully appointed and kindly stocked with supplies and fun beach gear so you don’t have to carry so much on your travels. Our host was outstanding and responded quickly to any questions we had. We are so happy to find this VRBO pearl and will definitely look to stay here again!

Amazing house, beach and host - will be back!

We were two families with 5 teens and 2 pre-teens and this home was absolutely perfect! Staying right on the beach is certainly more pricey but being able to walk out to magical sunsets and letting the kids go back and forth from beach to house all day is worth it. The house is well equipped and Stan, the host, replied almost instantly with any needs. Lots of great extras - beach chairs, corn hole, paddle board and the furniture and beds are beautiful and so comfortable! (We all wanted to take the living room chairs home w us!) The only things that would be helpful to know for future renters is that the porch/pool and beach access is thru the downstairs master and there is not a bathroom for the bunk room. We had the kids use the main floor bathroom so it’s not a big deal, but just good to know for planning! We loved Frangista Beach as it’s private and even in this slower season, the difference from the main beach area is noticeable. It felt like we were in a private island!
