Beautiful beach and condo but...

Loved our vacay and the location; however, just a little bit of info for the owner of the condo for future occupants to have their best experience with no issues. :) The condo was nice but LOTS of things were falling apart in the condo....the master shower handle was loose and swinging from the glass door when we first arrived so luckily when we opened the shower door at first that we didn't fall backwards from not knowing the door handle wasn't secured with a set screw. Told maintenance about it so hopefully they fixed it. Also, the guest bathroom faucet handles popped off when turning on the water since they weren't attached with set screws... Also, when we got there the first night I was coughing my head off and checked the air filter and it was disgusting and hadn't been changed in a while. I'm an asthmatic and told management and they came and quickly changed the filter, but we feel it should have been changed out before we arrived since the filter was thickly covered in dust/dirt. Maintenance guy was very quick to get there and very nice though.

Perfect Beach Vacation

The condo had a beautiful view from all rooms and everything we needed for the week. Only complaint was the ice maker didn’t work, Beds were super comfortable and condo was very clean!

Best getaway!!

Property was spotless, well furnished and beds were very comfortable. Easy access to pool and beach. Enjoyed taking the golf cart to Baytown Wharf for ice cream! Will definitely return!

Good stay

This is a good rental, good building, great location. Cleanliness was a minor issue but the staff was very responsive. Pictures are accurate, furniture quality is high, and there were numerous unexpected chairs and toys for the beach.

2022 Vacay!!!

This condo was beautiful! The nicest designed and decorated one we have stayed in so far. The 2.5 baths were perfect! I loved the size of the bathrooms and showers also! We have 3 kids ages 4, 6, and 9. This condo was perfect as one thing I look at when I am looking at rentals is how many decorations are out. It was perfect and stocked with everything that we needed. The views were gorgeous. One of my favorite things to do on vacation is sit on the balcony and drink coffee while overlooking the ocean. It was perfect!

Great getaway

Had a fantastic time in this quiet unit! Location is perfect for anyone looking for rest and relaxation. The coffee pot was missing, but a Keurig was available as well. Just wish I had known that prior to grocery shopping. Overall, would highly recommend.

No beach no pool

We were told a week in advance that the pool would be closed for maintenance. What we were not told was that the access to the beach would be closed too. Would not refund me. So we went to the beach with no pool and no beach access.

Easter at Sandestin

Sandestin is a fabulous place for the entire family! The resort offers something for all ages other than sun and beach! Westwind is one of our favorite properties when traveling with children! There were questions sent to property management before our arrival which did not get answered until two days in our stay! It did not impede our stay but a timely response would have been nice since our money was taken in a timely manner for deposits and stay! Also, would have been nice to have been advised about repairs to pool area and no pool access on our last full day!

A very clean unit and was exactly what the photos portrayed

Booking and payment were very easy. The unit was exactly as described, and the beach view was actually better than I expected. The photos were not skewed in any way and I’ve experienced issues with faulty photos and details in the past (at different locations). It was clean, and I felt safe.
