We've stayed at several different units here and this was our favorite! Very clean and well decorated. Easy communication with the owner. Loved our stay!!!

Location was amazing. Rooms were very nice. The pull out couch sleeper was not cleaned. Had issues with the central air but contacted and service was sent in a timely fashion to fix. Water pressure was lacking in showers. Overall this was a great place and location to the beach

spring break vacation.

We love the unit. It was a great location close to the beach on the beach. Great pool well equipped. The property managers were very quick to respond. The only The only downside was was the showers did not have any pressure. We did finally get hot water after turning the unit up, but originally it was very cool.The beds were excellent and had a great night sleep and nice to have the balcony so that we could look at sunrise.

Great place!

Check in was easy and the location was perfect. We had a beautiful view of the beach and it was very close to both the pool and the beach. The condo has been updated beautifully and was perfect for our group.

What a great week!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach front condo. The reservation, check in and check out procedures were super easy. The condo was just as pictured and described and what my small family needed for a perfect week. It was super clean and well-appointed and loved the ease of being in the second floor so not every trip required the elevator. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo with an amazing view and accesibility.

I had a very relaxing and enjoyable visit at this condo. It's directly on the beach. It has been recently updated. It was very well decorated with an inviting and stylish beach appeal. It was very clean and careful thought to details. I will definitely be back! It was very easy to work with Beach Escapes when booking and they were quick to respond. The only thing that was wrong....was that I had to leave and go back. Great experience!

Beauty at the beach

What a wonderful property and location. The condo was laid out nicely and beautiful view of the ocean. Just a few steps to the soft sandy beach and gentle waves. Tons of great places to eat close by! An outlet mall right around the corner too. We will definitely be staying here again. Loved every minute of it!

Great location

Overall we enjoyed the condo. Location and view are great. Plenty of good restaurants close by. Floors weren't the cleanest, our toddlers feet were pretty dirty in a short amount of time. Everything else seemed clean. New leather couches in the living room were a nice upgrade to see (not shown in pictures).They supplied lots of towels and trash bags which was nice. Pool and beach access are great. Very convenient they have a restroom at the pool you can access if you're at the pool or beach instead of going to your condo. Pool being located on the beach was awesome, great view. The pool was heated which was a nice feature since we had some cooler temps. Very appreciative we did not have to worry about the hassle of stripping beds of linens and placing towels in a designated area at check out. Biggest issue was the amount of construction going on at the condo complex. The construction is all day starting at 8am and would end between 4-5pm. All the construction materials and equipment took up majority of the parking lot. Our vehicle got blocked in one day. You can hear the construction noise even while on the beach. Would go back only if they could gurantee no construction would be going on next visit.

Lots of construction noise

I am a huge fan of reviews. I read them and I post them. They are all in my own opinion and open and honest. That being said, I was excited about the condo when I first got there. It looked clean and the view was amazing . It went down hill from there. The buildings were being remodeled and it was always loud in the condo from 8-5pm ish. the contractor took up approx. 40 parking spaces so we had to park at the next building lots. The ac condenser is in the kitchen corner cabinet, so every time it kicked on it was very loud . It had a moldy musty smell in the house and a bad smell in the kitchen because the garbage disposal was broken and looking at the crustiness that maintenance pulled out, it had been for a while. The furniture looked pretty and new, but the couch was really uncomfortable to sit on. The warped frying pans were past their prime, as were the pots. I ended up buying some at Walmart since I was going to be there for a week. The refrigerator wouldn't stay really cold and the ice kept falling thru the door so the floor stayed wet. There were lots of little notes about what they will charge if you stain a towel or loose a wrist band and that favorite number was 35.00 . The location was perfect and it came with beach service for 2. There are other apartments that are for rent that are much cheaper, but not as nice. The rehab was quite nice. I can't wait to go back next year, but I wouldn't stay here. I just never felt peaceful or rested in this noisey place.

Beautiful water !

Unite was a bit run down … kitchen cabinet panel fell out when windy . Drawers you had to hang on too or fell . Bathroom had mold on ceiling coming through.

Beach trip

Great beach trip! The condo was clean and very nice & a few steps to the beach!!!Only had one issue because the check in information and code to the door wasn’t in the app. The code info came in an email so at 10:00 at night after a long drive made it difficult to find. We plan to stay here again!

Family Vacay 20222

We were looking for "right on the beach" and condo 202C @ The Beach House nailed it. To our suprise our beach was private to only guests at The Beach House and this made the beach time that much better. Small crowds and more room to play. As a family of 7 this condo had enough room and I would highly recommend to everyone. Had a blast.....Thank You -Tony Hill

Too much mold in the condo

Beach and restaurant access was great. There was so much mold which was visible on the ceilings and bathrooms along with musty smells everywhere inside. It caused upper respiratory illness in all of us all week when inside the condo. Not healthy

Property was very clean, quiet, and the surrounding area very accessible. The Entire Condo felt comfortable like a home. And the views speak for themselves. My wife already wants to return. Top Shelf Condo.
