Best location!

The location of this property was amazing. Right in the middle of everything at Baytowne Wharf. So many things to do for adults and kids. Amenities are great too. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

It was beautiful and clean. The perfect location!

We really enjoyed our stay. We got lost on the way and called an spoke to a very nice lady. Who helped guide us to the property. It was beautiful with a great balcony over looking the plaza. Definitely will recommend this condo if you want a home away from home .

Wine Festival Staycation

First visit to the Sandestin Wine Festival and chose this property so that we would have a front row view the whole weekend. We have stayed in Sandestin for many years and highly recommend the Wharf area. Great location. We will be back.

Relaxing

Wonderful condo, beautiful and convenient location. Very clean with a comfortable bed! Pool area is gorgeous. Only takes a couple of minutes in the car to get over to the beach. We love staying in the Baytowne Wharf area. We’ll see ya next year.

Great place to stay for a Conference on site!

Property was as promised. Clean, spacious, and well furnished! I stayed during the winter and the price was very fair especially compared to the conference price for hotel accommodations! Will not hesitate to stay there again! If I was being picky, the bar in the Wharf was loud with the balcony door opened, but when closed and the tv on it wasn’t noticeable!

Property as pictured...very nicely decorated...great location...multiple restaurants on site (Asian, Italian, BBQ, Seafood, Mexican are available as well as the gelato shop and daiquiri shop)...balcony overlooks event square so can listen to nightly live music at Rum Runners...parking is on second floor of parking garage-can be tricky (tight spaces and sometimes no spaces available) but manageable...would definitely rebook this property...

Pretty good. Stayed in Sandestin a total of four times. This was not our favorite . But it was a good stay and no complaints.
