For the price it was nice. A little bit on the dark side. Could use more lighting. One room had ice maker one room did not. One room had extra blankets one room did not. Overall it was okay. Would stay again for good price.
Almost no masks were in use by visitors or staff
It was just not clean.
Clean. Staff was nice and helpful.
Older building that lacks what it shows up front. Starters the pool isn’t the hotel’s. They share it with a community use building, and guests have to reserve times. When we walked into our room it was 81 degrees and the thermostat was set at 70. We ended up sleeping with a window opened in the dead of winter. The rooms were sufficiently cleaned, but in need of updates. Staff was very friendly during the stay though.
Great suite, nice lap pool for morning swim. Shuttle drivers know area well
Clean and convenient facility. Friendly service. Good breakfast. Central location.
Beautiful suite, large bedroom, large living room area, and appliances to take care of everything. Will stay there again
We loved that our room had a kitchen, bedroom with sliding doors, pull out sofa, and drawers everywhere (including the bathroom). The staff was kind and courteous, the breakfast food was better than average, the location was great... I could go on for a while really. The only thing that bothered me, and it bothered me to the point of maybe not booking there for our next stay, was that they soften their water to a point of extreme annoyance. I bring my own really nice gravity filter to filter water to drink when I travel, and have done this with excellent results in many a camping trip. The drinking water that resulted was... okay. I could tolerate it. But I literally dreaded washing my face at night because I couldn’t get the soap off. Attempting to shave my legs while old I go to a slippery razor from that slimy water was dangerous. It was just stupid. If they stopped softening their water, I would have had a 100% satisfaction rating for this hotel.
The room was very clean and rather spacious. The only downside was the pool was closed for half of our vacation. Also the breakfast was really good.
it was a good experience. friendly staff. nice breakfast
They advertise a large pool. It is a community pool with very limited hours. Not guest friendly at all. Booked a suite very cramped, did not come with a stove as depicted by pictures.
pleasant setting and view. the adjoining indoor park is a big plus.
