Lovely sunny home tucked away for your own privacy. The home has 2 bedrooms and a full bath and a half. It has a pullout couch so the house can sleep up to six people. There is an extra guest fee for more than 4 guests of $15 per guest per night for guests older than 2 years of age.

The home has a lovely fenced in backyard which provide privacy and a place for your pet. ( approved in advance ) There is a private garage on the property as well as off street parking. Interstate 94 is four blocks away for very easy for commuting. The home is closely located to downtown St. Paul Regions Hospital and many schools as well as major companies.

Great location. Fantastic backyard. There is a dog park 2 miles away. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Shopping, parks, public transportation, 20 minutes from the airport.
It's a great home away from home.

Nice clean place, average stay. AC was not on upon arrival, so was very warm in the house for hours and fans provided did not work. Backyard is very overgrown and old deck, no place to sit and relax, no firepit or other option for backyard play. Noisy traffic on weekend nights. It is a good place to stay for a quick trip, but just wasn't for us.

Small cozy home in a nice neighborhood

Stayed for 2 days, didn't spend much time in the home but was very nice we could bring our dogs. Lots of food options and cozy home, enjoyed our stay. It was unclear how much the additional cost of the dogs would be so make sure to factor in it's 75 per dog. However there aren't many dog friendly options around so we were still satisfied.

Great for our family!

We came to the area on vacation and really enjoyed our stay at this property. Our dog loved the backyard. Our one year old stayed in the smaller room upstairs (there was plenty of room for a pack n play at the foot of the bed and lots of room for one in the main room). The kitchen worked great and had everything we needed to cook full meals. We were also conveniently located to the things we wanted to do and there were lots of grocery stores and restaurants close by. The host, Jane, was responsive during our trip and gave good clear directions at check in. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing and Quiet Home

We came up from Il to see our daughter. She currently lives in a studio apartment, so we weren't able to stay with her. This rental has everything to make a comfortable stay. She provided coffee, which we forgot to bring and so that was nice. She offered recomendations which were all good. It was a nice neighborhood minitues from the highway. The fenced backyard was such a bonus. It was clean and felt very safe. We've had some unfortunate rentals in MSP and so this felt like a perfect find! We had a very fun trip.
