There was an infestation of ants in the bed we were unable to get another room without having to pay extra.

Decent hotel for the price. Room was clean and there wasn't anything I was unhappy about.

This hotel was one of the cleanest I've ever been to. We drove down to the State Fair and went to a concert, so we just wanted a place to sleep before we headed out in the morning. This hotel was way better than I was expecting and it was nicely priced!

My 87 YO mother and I were traveling to get to my brother who was in end stage cancer and in crisis. Our plane was weather delayed in Phoenix and we arrived 90 minutes late to Minneapolis. The car rental shuttle was also late. By the time we arrived, the night desk clerk, Christine, promptly told us we were late and she canceled our reservation as a No-show. I replied that Orbitz listed us as a late arrival. She said that only applies until 2am.. and as it was 2:30am.. she would have to charge us for the room again. I tried to explain the situation... we'd been in the air all day and had no control over the late arrival.. and we were there for a distressing visit... and could they not just let us have the room we paid for. She then told us it "is not her fault your brother is dying." I lost it. I did yell for about 30 seconds asking her why she couldn't understand the situation. She then said I cannot yell and her and to leave or she would call the police. She kept pointing at the entrance and repeatedly told us to leave. I went to the lobby to calm myself enough to drive. My poor mother got a list of other hotels. We went across the highway from LivINN to their competitor, who gave us a room at their best rate... and even checked us in as an EARLY arrival for Tuesday... and we got the room Monday for free. That hotel understands what hospitality is. LivINN does not.

It was a good experience overall. The only thing was just the remodeling of the bathroom. The room didn't a door. But was good.

comfortable, happy, safe, given a room upon arrival,

Very homey, cheerful , a Christain atmosphere , free New Testament , with study helps We enjoyed our stay

The room was much more up to date than I expected--a nice desk, large TV, nice bed. My main complaint was that the floors were thin (one could hear noises from upstairs) and the highway was close by (noise of traffic). The room also smelled of smoke although it was a non-smoking room.

Very nice room. Small but very adiquat for my stay. The bed was very good

Friendly staff, but wish to add continental breakfast to the list for travelers with children

Stayed here due the good price and how close it was to the main interstate. Hotel was quite and clean. I would stay here again.

Definitely get a lake view room, for it is on the quiet side of the building, but don't expect to see much in the way of view. This is a hotek close off the Interstate, well-kept, priced right. Not much in the way of nearby amenities (unless Denny's is your thing, and that's right next door).

This place was a little scruffy with the cartons stacked outside the office in the lobby and the industrial strength parking lot next to the collision shop and a Denny's under renovation. The neighborhood wasn't the swankiest, but the staff was friendly and the room was clean. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. LiveINN could use a big upgrade but then they'd charge a lot more.

The Hotel met every requirement. I traveled alone for a family Birthday celebration, and for the two days that I was there and the accommodations were all that I expected. Rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and polite.

the LivInn Hotel was clean, and the bed was amazing! the staff was curteous and friendly. I was very happy with my stay. the location was ideal for my needs. the rooms were small but were exactly fine for what i needed. I appreciated that the blinds closed well and made the room dark so i could get to sleep early. the Hotel was quiet and all in all it was an excellant stay! no breakfast (which most Hotels offer) and for the price I felt there should have been - BUT there was a fridge - so we just prepared ahead of time for the morning.

very happy with our stay everyone was friendly and polite very helpfull when ask a question..

Very clean and updated Motel - I would definitely recommend this Hotel.

I would give this more fives except for just a few things... there wasn't Ice on all the floors.. there was also no signs to show where you could actually locate the ice... also I was hoping for more than just a 30 min late check out.. I asked when I checked in and the person working the front desk said it shouldn't be a problem.. They weren't sure of the late checkout time but just to call in the morning and as what time and if that would be ok... The staff was great! The bed and pillows were great and so was the room nice and clean.. So just a few minor negatives but noting that would keep me from staying again :-)

Hotel service was great! We stayed for 2 nights. Staff made it very comfortable. Although bathrooms were quite small and crowded - room was good for its price.

We were in town for a Fleetwood Mac concert and just needed a room for one night. Staff was friendly, room was comfortable. Only concern was a large red stain on the carpet....ew!
