A wonderful hotel room for the price!! Elegant and affordable.

Was anticipating a nice one-night stay over (minus kids), but got exactly the opposite. First the inadequacies. Had to call front desk for new bedding upon entering the room as there were several hairs on the sheets. One elevator was out so very long wait lines (even at off-peak hours). Upon asking (two!) separate housekeeping staff members, who were also waiting for an elevator, for the closest staircases, both could not understand 'stairs' in English. I would hope training is/could be conducted in case of an emergency/fire. Rooms are inadequately ventilated and stuffy amidst controlled climate. Could hear every conversation in the hallway amidst paper thin walls (wonderful at 1AM when you’re trying to sleep). Overcharged on in-room movie- I guess there was a tax upon a tax that was not on the confirmation screen. On the good side, this hotel was in close proximity to expressways and is within walking distance to a great restaurant. Will not be staying again next time in town.

Woodbury is close to two interstate highways, 94 & 494. Excellent choices for dining and coffee!! We love staying here!!

Well kept property with friendly staff. The double beds are a bit tight if you want to sleep 2 to a bed, but otherwise rooms are well appointed and very clean. Always enjoy staying at this property.

What more can I ask for? This was amazing! From the front desk staff - very knowledgeable and helpful to the impeccable clean room. Very quiet also. Can't say that about very many hotels! The little extras we enjoyed...from the nice breakfast to the nice lounge and fireplace on the fifth floor. We left that morning feeling very well rested. We definitely will be back! Thanks for the hospitality!

Thank you Orbitz, I arrived at the Sheraton and DID NOT have a reservation. The ignorant people at Orbitz did not do their job and the Sheraton had NO RESERVATION for me and no availability. It took me about 3 hours to get it worked out. If there is a minus 1,000, that's what you deserve. I was flying across the country to attend my finance 's funeral and you added a. mountain of stress on me trying to find a room totally last second.

Overall, good. Staff did not make clear what was included for breakfast options or evening options. Never offered any drinks in the evening. This was on club level or 5th floor.

Everything about hotel was great it wAs our experience with orbitz that sucked. As a matter of fact the hotel cleaned up orbitz mistakes and were wonderful while orbitz wanted to take our money and run. Thank you Sheraton.

No signage. Breakfast was not included. Kids were unsupervised in the very small pool. We stayed 2 nights, they did not provide extra toilet paper after cleaning the room. I asked someone who did not speak or understand English to bring us some, didn't happen. I had to ask someone else. I can't believe they charged $13 for a martini.You had to get off the elevator and go thru the main lobby to get to the pool, that was very inconvenient and didn't work well with kids getting the entire trail from the pool into the elevator wet. They are lucky no one slipped and injured themself. And the place was full of dogs. Not my cup of tea.

Enjoyed my hotel stay at this Sheraton. The staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean. The hotel location was also near some really good shopping areas.

Wonderful stay. Took the optional Club level for a few dollars more to get the free breakfasts. Didn't realize that it put us on the top floor with a great breakfast buffet that put most hotel continental breakfasts to shame. Fresh fruit, real eggs, loved the hot meats, and tasty pastries.

My family and I booked two Club rooms on the top floor and were impressed with the cleanliness and size of the rooms. There was a hot breakfast in the morning and snacks in the afternoon. Hotel staff was friendly and we all got a restful sleep in the evening to compliment our fun filled days in Minneapolis. Great Job!!

Booked through Orbitz on June 22nd for July 23-25th. I received confirmation and was charged for a non refundable reservation. This was a room on the club level with access. I was called by orbitz on Sunday July 10th. This was 19 days after I had paid for this reservation. I was told the hotel just realized they were overbooked and could not honor the reservation. Orbitz was going to offer a so called comparable hotel (The Hampton Inn) - are you kidding me club level at a Sheraton vs The Hampton Inn???? Not to mention the Sheraton just realized this 19 days after the original reservation was made. This was totally unacceptable to me. They called the hotel to see if there was any possibility of having a room available and they would call me back. They called back and informed me they did not have a room available. After threatening to report it to the attorney generals office of the State of MN, the better business bureau, etc they mysteriously had a room for me. So the facilities and staff were fine but I am still extremely upset that this hotel / Orbitz would accept a reservation & payment and then inform me 19 days later that they did not have a room available. I will never book a room on Orbitz again. How could they ever accept this from The Sheraton. Are you kidding me. How could you ever trust any reservation you ever booked??? I would never trust this organization again.

We were unable to change our reservation to a suite because there was no availability. We needed additional seating area for family visits. Instead, we were given access to the lounge on the 5th floor. This worked great to visit with family. We appreciate our needs being met.

We stayed on the concierge level (super inexpensive-totally worth it!!). I have a strange medical problem and they ended up comping us a second room so our 2 teens had their own room so they were not traumatized by my problem!! Kimberly in hospitality and Shawn (one of the managers) were SO kind. EVERYONE was so nice and understanding/helpful!! Room and food was incredible!! The restaurant, the Tavern, a block away was one of the best restaurants ever (try the "build your own" salads and Bloody Marys). Best place EVER in our 19 years together!!!

Just a really nice place to stay. Has everything you want in a hotel for business or pleasure.

I was at the Sheraton St. Paul Woodbury hotel for a Thursday and Friday night stay, as a personal retreat to do some writing. The hotel has a genteel feel, with a large water fountain in front and beautiful foyer. Front desk to your left and elevators to the right (I hate having to walk far to the elevators as I usually bring a bunch of junk with me). The desk agent was friendly and very quick. The best part was you could put a card on your door saying you did not want any housekeeping, and then get $5 off onsite food or a future stay. I generally do not need housekeeping the first day of my stay, so this worked great -- no interruptions! Room service was prompt and the food was good (I would order again), but not great.

Nice clean hotel. Rather loud from freeway noise. Didn't get housekeeping first day. Second day we were out of the room till 2pm still no housekeeping. Had to leave for a wedding and when we returned room had been made up. It was a bit inconvenient.
