Very clean and quiet, but the lack of a business room was inconvenient.
Loved my room- asked for handicap accessible and had a nice big bathroom and main floor close to the back door. Loved that they allow 1 dog at no charge and accommodated my main floor request.

Overall staff was very nice! There were a few things that were not overly clean, but it was in a nice area and it was locked 24/7 which is nice.
The hotel took extra precaution with locked doors due to the virus. The comforter in my room had make up stains on them that looked fresh like the blanket wasn’t washed.
Staff was friendly. Walls were thin and doors banging kept me up all night. Dogs were not made to be quiet when barking obnoxiously. I would not put families with young children that need to sleep on the same floor as a bunch of yappy dogs.
This is a portion of the 3 page complaint letter I sent to your corporate HQ. I had the most unpleasant experience with your front desk representative Michael at Sheraton St. Paul Woodbury Hotel in Woodbury, MN. I arrived at the hotel around 1pm on June 20, 2019 and spoke with Michael. I confirmed with him I had a reservation for that day but after checking with housekeeping, he stated my room wasn’t ready because it was still being cleaned. He offered to call me if it became ready before the 3pm check-in time, this I appreciated. I arrived back at the hotel at 2:50pm to check-in, at that point Michael told me my room still wasn’t ready. I inquired as to how much longer it may be? to which he replied 45 minutes to an hour. It was at this point I inquired as to what was causing the delay with my room (since I was under the impression it was being cleaned when I came in at 1pm) Michael advised me that the previous occupants of my room had a late check-out. If this would have been told to me earlier I could have made other arrangements and not stayed in the area thinking I was getting into my room at 3pm. I informed him that I had been traveling all morning to get to the hotel and could he please check to see if there were any other rooms available immediately that I can check into? (I needed to shower and change, as I was scheduled to meet my fiancé’s family for the first time in just a little over an hour from then) Michael simply said there were no other rooms available.
Very comfortable, clean, and quiet rooms. There''s a nice place to actually sit in the room and multiple ways to charge tech.
Staff was rude upon check in. Charged me twice for my stay, including the “$50 per night” hold on my credit card. Called the Sheraton when I saw the duplicate
House keeping service was poor , we were not happy.
