I have stayed at many Country Inn & Suites… This one appears to be the one they’ve forgotten… It’s very, very average as a property and maybe below average in condition… The biggest positive, the staff were very helpful! The bed - slab o’ granite… pillows, only slightly softer/more comfortable… I had ants and silverfish coming out of the wall in the bathroom. I did inform the morning Front Desk person, and I did come away thinking they would definitely look into it. This Country Inn & Suites is more on par with a Super 8…

The interior of the rooms is pretty shabby, and you can tell it hasnt been updated in a while. The bathroom tub was leaking water from the knob, and there was water staining all down the wall there. One day into my stay, water from the bathroom above me started leaking into my bathroom. Got water all over the bathroom and my belongings that were in there. They did switch me to another room...all the way on the other side ot the hotel. Getting around the hotel is confusing, and the elevator is hard to locate. The exterior of the building is hard to navigate. There is barely any room for two cars to squeeze by each other in the front of the building, so you pretty much have to go around the entire building to get where you want to be. The staff were helpful.

Looked like an older property that had been updated. It was clean, comfortable, affordable, with very friendly staff & a great breakfast. Great value for the money, and very conveniently located. I would stay here again!

Great breakfast. Restaurant and bar on property. Business area with printer. Pool and hot tub was great. Rooms were clean. With a few updates and a little better cleaning routine of the common areas, it would be 5 stars.

Great for hockey teams but little else
I would not stay at this hotel again. It’s fine for some things (like youth hockey teams, etc) but the lobby, hallways, and guest bathrooms (not the one in your individual hotel room), were not cleaned up the trash containers overflowed, the food in the hallway floors (dropped potatoe chips, and wrappers) was cleaned up 1x’s daily. We came to the lobby to wait for breakfast and a used pair of socks were in the middle of the lobby!! The people behind the front desk were nice enough, but they never checked on the lobby. The advertised ‘24 hour coffee and cookies’ were always empty. I asked each morning and evening if they could refill and they were very polite to do so…. But they weren’t proactive at all. I’m not sure it’s the guests job to tell them something is out. One of the public bathrooms had trash overflowing and a toilet backed up. It was gross. The entire grounds were very messy and needed to be picked up and organized. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Great pillows! But the entire grounds outside of our room was very messy.

A work in progress
Maid service was non existent. They made the bed and left some towels after a week of staying there. Dropped trash when taking it and left it. No vacuuming was done. Cards were deactivated before checkout. No elevators to get to the second floor. The room did have a microwave and small refrigerator. The back door to the building was opening without using a card.

Very cruddy room. Beds hard not comfortable. Lack of actual blankets just bed sheets and a small thin blanket, bathroom shower/tub wouldnt stop running. Balcony door leaked so cold air constantly blew in. Took 4 phone calls to desk to get more toilet paper and towels

It was a nice place to stay in the process of updating it. It does need to be updated. We had no problems we enjoyed the stay and the kids had fun in the swimming pool. I will give this motel a plus for the swimming pool.

The room stunk there was people up till past 2am above us screening stomping..pretty sure they were drunk. People screaming outside cops were outside. My kids were uncomfortable and scared wanted to leave . They charge $100 deposite which I still haven't gotten back.. this irritates me

This property is in need of remodel. Finishes were worn and dingy. Shower dripped. Heat was always too high. Chair was torn. Staff was nice. Towels and linens were clean.
