Dirty, sheets had burn stains and other stains. Air conditioning stopped working and pool was closed because of an “incident” breakfast sucked

The clerk was friendly but the property was in very bad order as far as cleanliness. I don’t want to get into specifics but it really needs a very intensive cleaning!

The front desk person at check in was great There was a dog in the room next to us who barked all through the night. The room was not clean. Hallway had garbage right outside the door.

Very nice hotel. Nice friendly helpful staff. I am sorry we forgot to leave a tip for housekeeping. We will stay again.

Nobody in lobby at check over 20 min. Room was in deplorable condition. The front desk lady woke me up pounding on my door at midnight????

We specifically chose this because of the pool and spa tub. The pool was rather cold and the spa was out of order....who knows for how long. There was white scum floating in the spa tub. The rooms were pretty clean and beds comfortable. The morning breakfast was good, with waffles, scrambled eggs, bagels, toast, coffee, juice, tea, cereal (one of the cartons of milk was spoiled), good coffee (strong as we like it). The tables in the dining area had not been wiped off, were sticky. When we returned to our room after breakfast, when we walked in the bathroom, it was all sticky also, like the carpet was kind of moist & sticky. The girls at the front desk were not particularly friendly. No good morning, have a good day or anything. Would not stay here again.

The people at the front desk did a good job, but my room went uncleaned one day, they were constantly leaving me without soap or shampoo. The tiles on the bathroom floor were broken and loose. At breakfast, it was nice to have two waffle irons, but they ran out of plates for three days. Had to eat waffles from a bowl.

Everyone on staff was very pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable. Even met some other guests who are now friends

This location was conveniently located near shopping and restaurants.

Comfortable set up for working in the room. Great chair to relax in..more comfortable than bed. Wish spend more time on softer mattresses than mountains of pillows that I have to find a place for:-) Common hotel issue.

Staff was very good. Free breakfast ran out early.

Room was extremely musty and wet smelling. Asked for a different room and the customer service was wonderful!

While the staff was pleasant, the room wasn't. A dirty washcloth from previous occupant was left in the room. The carpet and the bed linens we're damp, almost like the room gone over with a carpet cleaner and had not had a chance to dry, or laundry had been removed from a dryer before it was completely dry. The entire room had a cold, clammy feel to it. There was would have been an issue with parking, had I stayed both nights. The second night, I would have needed to find an alternate place to park, due to having a rental trailer, and there was no real place to park without taking up multiple spots.

Great stay room was clean pool area was clean hot tub was excellent only thing I didn't like was the small TV in the room ! Breakfast was great ! All in all everything was great !

I would like to apologize this is not the kind of stay I want our guests to have. In the last week I have made lots of positive changes which include employees, breakfast items, deep cleaning etc. We will be remodeling our rooms starting within a month or so. I would like it if you could give us another chance if you are in the area I guarantee your stay would be the way it should of been in the beginning.
