Like always my stay was amazing i swear I've yet to be dissatisfied! Jaime is always so sweet and welcoming and the housekeeping staff always makes sure my room is spotless!

Desk staff at check in was not very accommodating. Had a king suite reserved but was on upper level. Husband can’t do stairs, no elevator. Put us in a 2 double bed room and would not adjust pricing. Hotel was not full. Very few cars in the lot. Day staff much friendlier.

The place is old and tired. The carpet in my room had rolls in it where it was stretched. The room has a strong musty smell that I noticed on my clothing when I left the room. The area around the place was overgrown and the trash dumpster in the parking lot was overflowing with old mattresses stacked up beside it. It was the the lowest cost hotel in the area. You get what you pay for.

Horrible musty/stale cigarette smell

Awful and heavy musty/cigarette smell. It was overpowering and every room in our group block had the same smell. There was also no working fan the bathroom. Would not stay here again.

Carpeting all over was filth, kitchen floor was sticky, many things in need of repair, screw holes and missing hardware on the door and frames. bathroom door in the pool area didn't close properly, let alone lock. individual in car in the parking lot smoking pot. We did not even want to take our shoes off in the room. We tried through our third party agent to get a refund, They refused.

The most nastiness place I have ever stayed

This place was the most run down, dirty place, I have ever stayed at in my life!!! The carpets were sticky and gross, to the point I wore my shoes to get up and use the bathroom during the night! The remote had the back missing, dirty ceiling, and just overall a run down hole in the wall place to stay for the price I paid!!! You need to update or at least clean!!!

The front desk associate running this hotel was extremely rude, made my family pay for a whole seperate room just because they had a dog they had already paid a pet fee and he refused to refund the other room. Once the manager came they got a refund but it was ridiculous! Also the room was filthy, stains and holes everywhere will never stay here again.

Pool was cold, terrible seating around the pool. Air conditioning in our room wasn't working properly. Curtains falling off the rods. Room smelled terrible. Toilet was sweating. Cabinet that holds the refrigerator was chipped up terrible under it. You could see it at the bottom of the refrigerator.

Very outdated, uncomfortable hotel

Hotel in dire need of updates with stained old carpet, mattress sagged, old, unsupportive & springs squeaked. They painted over picture hangers & never hung pictures back up 🙄 breakfast edible but nothing to make note of. Staff was friendly though & we fortunately only needed to stay one night

Great time had!!!

Motel was a little older, but clean. Staff was super courteous and attentive. Area was quiet and monitored with cameras. Pool was clean. Hot tub was a little cold, but clean. Close to restaurants and stores. A very pleasant stay!! Definitely recommended!!!

This property is extremely old! It appears zero updates have occurred over the years. The carpet was stretched, damp, and filthy. The a/c units spewed damp, mildewy smell. We ended up leaving after arriving back to the hotel from a wedding.
