The front desk attendant was helpful and easy to work with but there were cobwebs in the bathroom and lights burnt out and some missing. Shower head and tub were dirty. Lack of towels, had to be borrowed from another room. Pool area was a mess with wet towels everywhere and no clean towels. Parking lot is not large enough for the hotel, completely packed with people making their own spots.

People jumping line at checkin. Overloaded a very nice counter man. No parking on site. Hotel offered parking for long stays but didn’t move vehicles to separate lot. At least 25 to 30% were snow covered . Many people illegally parked, some in fire lanes and others on the road entering the property. We have stayed at this location for many years before flights from MPS. Never had this problem before. Have reservation in Feb that I will probably cancel. Everything about the hotel was a really good. Unfortunately, I couldn't give it 5 stars because it just had two minor flaws: 1) it needs an emergency backup attendant - I understand that sometimes the check-in attendant might be short handed but at least have someone be able to inform the guests that he/she is attending to an important matter and to have the guests come back at a certain time, 2) I don't know about the other rooms, but my Rm 218 had rusty grab handle bars in the bathroom, and I accidentally put a bath towel on it only to see that the rust had stained the towel. Other than these two things, I thought that the hotel was worth the stay. I thought the breakfast was good for what the hotel provided. I'll consider staying again but hopefully, the hotel can remedy these suggestions.

Our room was spotless, and the staff provided excellent guest service. It truly felt like a second home for us. The only suggestion we have is regarding the lighting. Since we were attending a family wedding in Eagan, it was a bit difficult to get ready because our suite didn’t have a mirror and the lighting was not very bright. Improving this would make the stay even better.

Sayed for 7 days or so. Room was in good condition however lighting at the desk wasn't the best for paper work. You can definitely tell it's an older building. The walls are also pretty thin so I could here a lot of people above me, in the hallway, or next doors. Also had to call and talk to the front desk 3 times over 3 days to get room service for the first time which is unacceptable. Breakfast wasn't too bad though.

We were in it for the location, cost and pool with a hot tub. It met all of our boxes. There were two hot tubs but one was empty, not sure why. The staff were all so very nice. The only complaint or area of improvement was the dinning room, it was just very small and seating was limited. Was this a 5 start hotel no, but did it meet our boxes absolutely.

Hotel needs some updating. Grout in bathroom missing and tiles loose. Hot tub didn’t work and was dirty. No towels at the pool area. Had to go to front desk to get some. Were given bath mats from employee who said it was his first night on the job,pretty sure he was the only employee there. Had to go to front desk for toilet paper. No extra roll in room. Tripped over a stump in the yard that wasn’t visible or marked at all. Bruised my toe.
