This hotel is probably 30 years old. It’s recently become a comfort inn and has been very nicely refreshed. The rooms are decent size, well soundproofed and well equipped. The beds and linen are new and good quality. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was above average compared to your typical roadside hotel.

Fantastic hotel and room...just had a hiccup..

I was exhausted when I got to the hotel and I just really wanted to be able to crawl into bed. The girl at the front desk was extremely sweet and helpful and checked me in quickly. However, when I got up to my room I realized that it had never been cleaned. The bed was not made and the garbages were not emptied and there were dirty towels all over the bathroom floor. It was obvious that housekeeping had never even been in there since the previous occupancy. I had to go all the way back down to the front desk and wait to get a new room, but the only thing that was available was a handicap room which of course I took because I had nowhere else to go! Had it not been for that, I would have absolutely rated this as excellent because everything else was fantastic. The bed was perfect for my back which is unusual, the room was extremely quiet, and the new room that I got was extremely clean.

Filthy floor in the room sticky and gross. Bathroom floor gross, too. Bathtub was FULL of hair that clearly was not mine. Not one of the housekeepers speaks any English, so trying to tell them it's disgusting is futile..Front desk are meh. Beware of the parking lot, ended up with 2 nails in 2 tires..Its not great, but I had no choice.

Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. Short stay so didn't use complimentary breakfast or other amenities. Renovations in progress in parts of the hotel. Prolonged check-in process. This stay was booked thru Expedia. I was notified they had changed brands from Best Western to Comfort Inn so I verified with the hotel that my reservation was still active. When I arrived at the hotel, my reservation was in the system, but they had no record that it had been paid thru Expedia at the time of booking. Took 20-25 minutes to get this straightened out.

Hotel is really nice and clean. And front desk staff is very helpful. I got a little leary feeling from a couple of people who were hanging outside by the back door. Not sure if they were staying there but I want to say I don't believe so. I'm not sure how many security cameras are on this property but I feel there should probably be more and also more lighting around the building parking lots and entrances. We stayed at this place 2x on different nights during our vacation trip
