ESSENTIALS & SUPPLIES PROVIDED:
You'll find essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and kitchen trash bags. We provide a new kitchen sponge, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, hand soap at all sinks, propane for the gas grill, and firewood for the fire pit & fireplaces. You’ll find basic pantry items like sugar, salt, pepper, and a spice rack. Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup towels, and hair dryer in each bathroom.

**FUTURE ENHANCEMENT NOTICE:
A pool is being added to Summit Sky as a future amenity. While construction may be visible while this improvement is underway, no activity occurs while guests are visiting the cabin. All existing amenities, views, privacy, and access remain as described. Please reach out with any questions!

There are so many things to do in the Blue Ridge GA, McCaysville GA, Copperhill TN, & Murphy NC areas! From golfing, boating, biking, white water rafting, zip lining, river tubing, trout fishing, kayaking, horseback riding, paintball, arcade, bowling, Drive-In Movie Theatre, Casino, and tank driving (you can even crush a car!)… to boutique/antique shopping, scenic train rides, amazing wineries, breweries, and cocktail bars, U-Pick fruit farms, and fabulous restaurants, there is absolutely something for everyone in North Georgia Cabin Country.

NO WORRIES:
All reservations include worry-free Accidental Damage Protection Insurance. We get it, stuff happens!

PRICING DETAILS:
A refundable security deposit in the amount of one-thousand dollars ($1,000) is held under each reservation via credit card hold or debit card charge, prior to check in, for any incidents not covered by the Accidental Damage Protection Insurance, for example—smoking/vaping inside, exceeding the number of guests and/or dogs listed on the reservation, bringing an unauthorized pet, intentional damages, excessive amount of cleaning and trash inside the property. The cleaning cost covers our 3-Point cleaning, disinfection, and inspection process. This includes post-check out disinfection cleaning team, pre-check in cleaning & staging team, along with quality control inspector prior to guest arrival. Pet cost is $300 for the first dog, plus $100 for an additional dog (max 2 dogs). Any other pets are not permitted.

PROPERTY HEALTH & SAFETY:
All Drift Away®️ Luxury Lodging properties may have HVAC UV Light Systems installed to kill bacteria and viruses in the air. Each property interior is protected with smoke detection, carbon monoxide detection, along with fire extinguishers. Some properties may have water leak detection, natural gas leak detection, and/or a fire suppression system. The property is treated quarterly for pest control and prevention to mitigate insects. However, since this property is on a mountain, surrounded by forest, it is impossible to keep insects out 100% of the time. The exterior of each property is protected with outdoor cameras covering front entrances, back entrances, parking, and/or property perimeter. There are no cameras inside any Drift Away®️ Luxury Lodging rental properties, because that’s weird & creepy.

The rental cabin is not childproof, and extreme care must be exercised with children in rental cabins, especially around electrical outlets, fireplaces, fire pits/tables, swimming pools, hot tubs, saunas, decks, loft railings, etc. Any outdoor exploration on the property will be done at the Guests and party's own risk.

Once booked, you’ll receive a platform message and email reservation confirmation along with a link to a secure portal to electronically sign the rental agreement, upload a copy of Government-issued ID for renter verification, and provide credit card for the security deposit.
